On behalf of my Government, I strongly protest the continuing violations of the international air traffic regulations and the national airspace of the Republic of Cyprus by Turkey and hereby appeal for their immediate cessation.
فباسم حكومة بلدي، إني احتج بقوة على الانتهاكات المستمرة التي تقوم بها تركيا لأنظمة حركة الطيران الدولي وللمجال الجوي الوطني لجمهورية قبرص وأدعو في هذه الرسالة إلى وقفها فورا.

As stated in my previous letters, such intrusions into the Nicosia flight information region and the national airspace of the Republic of Cyprus are in violation of international air traffic rules.
وكما ذكرت في رسائلي السابقة، تشكل عمليات الاختراق هذه لمنطقة معلومات الطيران في نيقوسيا وللمجال الجوي الوطني لجمهورية قبرص انتهاكا لقواعد حركة الطيران الدولية.

As stated in my previous letters, the systematic Turkish unauthorized intrusions into the Nicosia flight information region and the national airspace of the Republic of Cyprus are in violation of international air traffic rules and, at the same time, they are in contravention of the provisions of the Security Council resolutions on Cyprus.

On the same day, one (1) CN-235 Turkish military aircraft, coming from the FIR of Ankara, entered the Nicosia FIR, violating international air traffic regulations and the national airspace of the Republic of Cyprus, flying over the occupied area of Mesaoria, before landing at the illegal airport of Lefkoniko.
وفي اليوم نفسه دخلت طائرة عسكرية تركية من طراز CN-235 منطقة معلومات الطيران بنيقوسيا قادمة من منطقة معلومات الطيران بأنقرة، في انتهاك للقواعد التنظيمية الدولية للملاحة الجوية وللمجال الجوي الوطني لجمهورية قبرص، وحلّقت فوق منطقة ميساوريا قبل أن تهبط في مطار لفكونيكو غير الشرعي.

On the same day, one (1) Turkish military aircraft of unknown type took off from the illegal airport of Krini, violating international air traffic regulations and the national airspace of the Republic of Cyprus, flying over the occupied area of Mesaoria, before exiting towards the FIR of Ankara.
وفي اليوم نفسه أقلعت طائرة عسكرية مجهولة الطراز من مطار كريني غير الشرعي، في انتهاك للقواعد التنظيمية الدولية للملاحة الجوية وللمجال الجوي الوطني لجمهورية قبرص، وحلّقت فوق منطقة ميساوريا المحتلة قبل أن تغادرها في اتجاه منطقة معلومات الطيران بأنقرة.

On the same day 2003, one (1) Turkish military aircraft entered the FIR of Nicosia, violating international air traffic regulations and the national airspace of the Republic of Cyprus, flying over the occupied area of Mesaoria, before landing at the illegal airport of Lefkoniko.
وفي اليوم نفسه دخلت طائرة عسكرية تركية منطقة معلومات الطيران بنيقوسيا في انتهاك للقواعد التنظيمية الدولية للملاحة الجوية وللمجال الجوي الوطني لجمهورية قبرص، وحلّقت فوق منطقة ميساوريا المحتلة قبل أن تهبط في مطار لفكونيكو غير الشرعي.

On 7 October 2003, one (1) COUGAR Turkish military aircraft took off from the illegal airport of Lefkoniko, violating international air traffic regulations and the national airspace of the Republic of Cyprus, flying over the area of Mesaoria, before exiting towards the FIR of Ankara.
وفي 7 تشرين الأول/أكتوبر 2003 أقلعت طائرة عسكرية من طراز GUGAR من مطار لفكونيكو غير الشرعي، في انتهاك للقواعد التنظيمية الدولية للملاحة الجوية وللمجال الجوي الوطني لجمهورية قبرص، وحلّقت فوق منطقة ميساوريا قبل أن تغادرها في اتجاه منطقة معلومات الطيران بأنقرة.

The repeated violations of the Nicosia flight information region and of the national airspace of the Republic of Cyprus by Turkish military aircraft are indicative of the provocative attitude of Turkey, which in 1974 invaded and occupied 37 per cent of the territory of the Republic of Cyprus.
إن الانتهاكات المتكررة من جانب الطائرات العسكرية التركية لاقليم معلومات طيران نيقوسيا وللمجال الجوي الوطني لجمهورية قبرص إنما تدل على السلوك الاستفزازي لتركيا، التي قامت في عام ١٩٧٤ بغزو واحتلال ٣٧ في المائة من أراضي جمهورية قبرص.

The repeated violations of the Nicosia flight information region and of the national airspace of the Republic of Cyprus by Turkish military aircraft are indicative of the provocative attitude of Turkey, which in 1974 invaded and occupied 37 per cent of the territory of the Republic of Cyprus.
وتدل الانتهاكات المتكررة ﻹقليم معلومات طيران نيقوسيا وللمجال الجوي الوطني لجمهورية قبرص من جانب طائرات عسكرية تركية على الموقف الاستفزازي الذي تتخذه تركيا التي قامت في عام ١٩٧٤ باجتياح واحتلال ٣٧ في المائة من إقليم جمهورية قبرص.
