20 - الرئيس: قال إنه سيجري قدر الإمكان الاستماع إلى ممثلي الأقاليم غير المتمتعة بالحكم الذاتي ومقدمي الالتماسات قبيل بدء اللجنة بالنظر في البنود ذات الصلة.

1. The Chairman said that in line with the Committee's usual practice, representatives of Non-Self-Governing Territories and petitioners would be invited to address the Committee and would withdraw after making their statements.
1 - الرئيس: قال إنه تماشياً مع الممارسة المعتادة للجنة، فإن ممثلي الأقاليم غير المتمتعة بالحكم الذاتي ومقدمي الالتماسات سيُدعون إلى الكلام في اللجنة ثم الانسحاب بعد الإدلاء ببياناتهم.

(b) Representatives of Non-Self-Governing Territories and petitioners will be heard as early as possible during the Committee's consideration of the related items, and the Chair suggests that the Committee devote its meetings on Wednesday, Thursday and Friday, 8, 9 and 10 October, to the hearing of petitioners;
(ب) سيجري الاستماع إلى ممثلي الأقاليم غير المتمتعة بالحكم الذاتي ومقدمي الالتماسات في أقرب وقت ممكن أثناء نظر اللجنة في البنود ذات الصلة، ويقترح الرئيس أن تخصص اللجنة جلساتها أيام الأربعاء والخميس والجمعة 8 و 9 و 10 تشرين الأول/أكتوبر، للاستماع إلى مقدمي الالتماسات؛
