Taking into account its comments and observations in the paragraphs above, the Advisory Committee is of the opinion that an additional appropriation of $7,124,800 under section 3, Peace-keeping operations and special missions, of the proposed programme budget for the biennium 1996-1997 would be required for the period from 1 January to 31 March 1996.

Taking into account its comments and observations in the paragraphs above, the Advisory Committee is of the opinion that an additional appropriation of $7,124,800 under section 3 (Peace-keeping operations and special missions) of the proposed programme budget for the biennium 1996-1997 would be required for the period from 1 January to 31 March 1996.
٢٠ - وترى اللجنة الاستشارية، مع مراعاة تعليقاتها وملاحظاتها الواردة في الفقرات أعــلاه، أنــه سيلـزم اعتماد إضافي قـدره ٨٠٠ ١٢٤ ٧ دولار تحت البـاب ٣ )عمليات حفظ السلام والبعثات الخاصة( من الميزانية البرنامجية المقترحة لفترة السنتين ١٩٩٦-١٩٩٧، وذلك للفترة من ١ كانون الثاني/يناير حتى ٣١ آذار/ مارس ١٩٩٦.

Bearing in mind its comments and observations in the paragraphs above, the Advisory Committee therefore recommends that the General Assembly appropriate an additional amount of $87,200,000 gross ($84,575,000 net) for the period from 1 November 1998 to 30 June 1999, inclusive of the amount of $10.9 million gross previously authorized by the Advisory Committee for the month of November.

Taking into account its comments and observations in the paragraphs above, the Advisory Committee recommends that the budget for UNIKOM for the period from 1 July 1999 to 30 June 2000 be approved at $50,777,800 gross ($48,782,900 net), including the amount of $32,521,900 net representing two thirds of the cost to be funded through voluntary contributions from the Government of Kuwait.
فمع مراعاة تعليقاتها وملاحظاتها الواردة في الفقرات السابقة، توصي اللجنة الاستشارية باعتماد مبلغ إجماليه ٨٠٠ ٧٧٧ ٥٠ دولار )صافيه ٩٠٠ ٧٨٢ ٤٨ دولار( كميزانية للبعثة للفترة الممتدة من ١ تموز/يوليه ١٩٩٩ إلى ٣٠ حزيران/يونيه ٢٠٠٠، بما يشمل مبلغا صافيه ٩٠٠ ٥٢١ ٣٢ دولار يمثل ثلثي التكلفة ويمول من تبرعات مقدمة من حكومة الكويت.

Taking into account its comments and observations in paragraphs VI.7 to VI.9. above, the Committee does not agree with the request for the new General Service post.
