6. As of 21 September 1995, instruments of ratification, acceptance, approval or accession had been deposited by 142 States and one regional economic integration organization.
٦ - وحتى ٢١ أيلول/سبتمبر ١٩٩٥، أودعت ١٤٢ دولة ومنظمة واحدة من منظمات التكامل الاقتصادي اﻹقليمي صكوك التصديق على الاتفاقية أو قبولها أو الموافقة عليها أو الانضمام إليها.

Progress has been made at both the international and national levels. About 150 States and one regional economic integration organization have ratified the United Nations Framework Convention on Climate Change. Some parties have developed national action plans to implement the Convention.
