The financial position of the Organization as at that date and the results of operations for the period in question had been presented fairly and in accordance with United Nations accounting policies.
ولقد عُرض الوضع المالي للمنظمة حتى ذلك التاريخ، ونتائج العمليات للفترة المعنية، بطريقة نزيهة ووفقا للسياسات المحاسبية التي تتبعها الأمم المتحدة.

2. The audit was conducted primarily to enable the Board to form an opinion as to whether the financial statements of the United Nations peacekeeping operations presented fairly their financial position as at 30 June 2005 and the results of operations and cash flows for the period then ended, in accordance with the United Nations system accounting standards.
2 - وأجريت مراجعة الحسابات لسبب رئيسي هو تمكين المجلس من تكوين رأي عما إذا كانت البيانات المالية لعمليات الأمم المتحدة لحفظ السلام قد عرضت بشكل واضح مركزها المالي في 30 حزيران/يونيه 2005 ونتائج العمليات والتدفقات النقديـة للفترة المنتهية في ذلك الوقت، وفقا للمعايير المحاسبية لمنظومة الأمم المتحدة.

(a) The financial statements present fairly the financial position as at the end of the period and the results of operations for the period then ended;

Those standards require that we plan and perform the audit such that misstatements materially affecting the presentation of the net assets, financial position and results of operations in the annual financial statements in accordance with the Financial Regulations of the United Nations, which were applied mutatis mutandis, are detected with reasonable assurance.
وتستلزم هذه المعايير أن نخطط للمراجعة وأن نقوم بها بغية الوصول إلى تأكيد معقول بأن البيانات خالية من الأخطاء التي تؤثر ماديا في عرض الأصول الصافية والمركز المالي ونتائج العمليات في البيانات المالية السنوية طبقا للنظام المالي للأمم المتحدة الذي طبق مع مراعاة ما يقتضيه اختلاف الحال.

2 - وجرت مراجعة الحسابات أساسا لتمكين المجلس من تكوين رأي عما إذا كانت البيانات المالية للأونروا قد عرضت بنـزاهة المركز المالي للوكالة في 31 كانون الأول/ديسمبر 2005 ونتائج العمليات وتدفقات النقدية عن الفترة المنتهية في ذلك التاريخ، وفقا للمعايير المحاسبية لمنظومة الأمم المتحدة.

2. The audit was conducted primarily to enable the Board to form an opinion as to whether the financial statements of UNITAR presented fairly its financial position as at 31 December 2005 and the results of operations and cash flows for the period then ended, in accordance with the United Nations system accounting standards.
2 - وتمت مراجعة الحسابات في المقام الأول لتمكين المجلس من تكوين رأي بشأن ما إذا كانت البيانات المالية للمعهد تعكس بصدق وضعه المالي في 31 كانون الأول/ديسمبر 2005 ونتائج العمليات والتدفقات النقدية للفترة المنتهية في ذلك التاريخ، وفقا للمعايير المحاسبية لمنظومة الأمم المتحدة.

The audit was conducted primarily to enable the Board to form an opinion as to whether the financial statements of the United Nations peacekeeping operations presented fairly their financial position as at 30 June 2006 and the results of operations and cash flows for the financial period then ended, in accordance with the United Nations system accounting standards.
2 - وجرت مراجعة الحسابات أساسا لتمكين المجلس من تكوين رأي في ما إذا كانت البيانات المالية لعمليات الأمم المتحدة لحفظ السلام قد عرضت بوضوح مركزها المالي في 30 حزيران/يونيه 2006 ونتائج العمليات والتدفقات النقدية للفترة المالية المنتهية وقتئذ، وذلك وفقا للمعايير المحاسبية لمنظومة الأمم المتحدة.

4. In the Board's opinion, the financial statements present fairly, in all material respects, the financial position of the United Nations peacekeeping operations as at 30 June 2013 and the results of operations and cash flows for the year then ended, and have been properly prepared in accordance with the United Nations system accounting standards.
4 - يرى المجلس أن البيانات المالية تعرض بنزاهة، من جميع الجوانب الجوهرية، الوضع المالي لعمليات الأمم المتحدة لحفظ السلام حتى 30 حزيران/يونيه 2013، ونتائج العمليات والتدفقات النقدية للفترة المنتهية في ذلك التاريخ، وأنها أُعدت حسب الأصول ووفقا للمعايير المحاسبية لمنظومة الأمم المتحدة.

It is further stated that the audit was conducted primarily to enable the Board to form an opinion as to whether the financial statements fairly presented the financial position of the United Nations peacekeeping operations as at 30 June 2011 and the results of operations and cash flows for the financial period then ended, in accordance with the United Nations system accounting standards.
وأفيد كذلك أن مراجعة الحسابات أجريت أساسا لتمكين المجلس من تكوين رأي عما إذا كانت البيانات المالية تعرض بنزاهة الوضع المالي لعمليات الأمم المتحدة لحفظ السلام حتى 30 حزيران/يونيه 2011 ونتائج العمليات والتدفقات النقدية للفترة المالية المنتهية وقتئذ، وذلك وفقا للمعايير المحاسبية لمنظومة الأمم المتحدة.

6. In the Board's opinion, the financial statements present fairly, in all material respects, the financial position of the United Nations peacekeeping operations as at 30 June 2011 and the results of operations and cash flows for the year then ended and have been properly prepared in accordance with United Nations system accounting standards.
6 - رأى المجلس أن البيانات المالية تعرض بنزاهة، من جميع الجوانب الجوهرية، الوضع المالي لعمليات الأمم المتحدة لحفظ السلام في 30 حزيران/يونيه 2011، ونتائج العمليات والتدفقات النقدية للفترة المنتهية في ذلك التاريخ، وأنها أُعدت حسب الأصول وفقا للمعايير المحاسبية لمنظومة الأمم المتحدة.

In the Board's opinion, the financial statements present fairly, in all material respects, the financial position of the Tribunal as at 31 December 2011 and the results of operations and cash flows for the biennium ended 31 December 2011 and have been properly prepared in accordance with United Nations system accounting standards.

6. The audit was conducted primarily to enable the Board to form an opinion as to whether the financial statements presented fairly the financial position of the escrow account as at 31 December 2010 and the results of operations and cash flows for the period then ended, in accordance with the United Nations system accounting standards.
6 - وأجريت عملية مراجعة الحسابات أساسا لتمكين المجلس من تكوين رأي عما إذا كانت البيانات المالية قد عَرضت بنزاهة المركز المالي لحساب الضمان في 31 كانون الأول/ديسمبر 2010، ونتائج العمليات والتدفقات النقدية للفترة المنتهية في ذلك الحين، وفقا للمعايير المحاسبية لمنظومة الأمم المتحدة.

In our opinion, the financial statements present fairly, in all material respects, the financial position of the United Nations peacekeeping operations as at 30 June 2005 and the results of its operations and its cash flows for the period then ended, in accordance with the United Nations system accounting standards.

Those standards require that we plan and perform the audit such that misstatements materially affecting the presentation of the net assets, financial position and results of operations in the financial statements in accordance with generally accepted accounting principles are detected with reasonable assurance.
وتستلزم تلك المعايير أن نخطط للمراجعة وأن نقوم بها بطريقة تمكننا من الكشف، بما لا يدع مجالا للشك، عن الأخطاء التي تخل جوهريا بعرض صافي الأصول والموقف المالي ونتائج العمليات في البيانات المالية طبقا للمبادئ المحاسبية المتعارف عليها.

3. The audit was conducted primarily to enable the Board to form an opinion as to whether the financial statements were in accordance with the Financial Regulations and Rules and whether they presented fairly the financial position as at 31 December 2006 and results of operations and cash flows for the year then ended.
3 - وجرت مراجعة الحسابات في المقام الأول لتمكين المجلس من تكوين رأي بشأن ما إذا كانت البيانات المالية متماشية مع النظام المالي والقواعد المالية للأمم المتحدة، وما إذا كانت تعرض بأمانة المركز المالي في 31 كانون الأول/ديسمبر 2006 ونتائج العمليات والتدفقات النقدية للسنة التي انتهت في ذلك التاريخ.

(a) The financial statements present fairly the financial position as at the end of the period and the results of their operations for the period then ended;

In our opinion, these financial statements present fairly, in all respects, the financial position as at 31 December 1998 and the result of operations and cash flows for the period then ended in accordance with UNHCR stated accounting policies set out in note 2 to the financial statements, which were applied on a basis consistent with that of the preceding financial period.
وفي رأينا أن هذه البيانات المالية تعرض بشكل معقول المركز المالي من جميـع الاعتبارات فـي ٣١ كانون اﻷول/ ديسمبر ١٩٩٨ ونتائج العمليات والتدفقات النقدية للفترة المنتهية في ذلك التاريخ، وأنها قد أُعدت وفقا للسياسات المحاسبية المعلنة والواردة في الملاحظة ٢ على البيانات المالية والمطبﱠقة على أساس يتفق مع اﻷساس الذي طبقت عليه في الفترة المالية السابقة.
