The Conference notes the conclusion of the Joint Convention on the Safety of Spent Fuel Management and on the Safety of Radioactive Waste Management and encourages States that have not yet taken the necessary steps to become party to the Convention, to do so.
ويحيط المؤتمر علما بإبرام الاتفاقية المشتركة بشأن الإدارة المأمونة للوقود المستهلك وبشأن الإدارة المأمونة للنفايات المشعة، ويشجع الدول التي لم تتخذ بعد الخطوات الضرورية لكي تصبح طرفا في الاتفاقية إلى أن تفعل ذلك.

11. Expresses its appreciation to those Member States which have contributed troops or provided logistical or other assistance to UNOSOM II or have offered to do so, and encourages those who are in a position to do so to contribute, on an urgent basis, troops, civilian personnel, equipment, and financial and logistical support so as to enhance UNOSOM II's capability to carry out its mandate; English
١١ - يعرب عن تقديره للدول اﻷعضاء التي أسهمت بقوات أو بتقديم مساعدات سوقية أو غيرها من المساعدات الى عملية اﻷمم المتحدة الثانية في الصومال أو عرضت أن تفعل ذلك، ويشجع الدول التي بوسعها أن تسهم بقوات وأفراد مدنيين ومعدات وبالدعم المالي والسوقي على أن تفعل ذلك، بصورة عاجلة من أجل تعزيز قدرة عملية اﻷمم المتحدة الثانية في الصومال على الاضطلاع بولايتها؛

In this context the Council recalls that, in accordance with the Charter and the relevant resolutions of the General Assembly, financing of peace-keeping operations is the collective responsibility of all Member States. It calls upon all Member States to pay their assessed contributions in full and on time and encourages those States which can do so to make voluntary contributions.
وفي هذا السياق، يستذكر المجلس أنه وفقا للميثاق وقرارات الجمعية العامة ذات الصلة، فإن تمويل عمليات حفظ السلم مسؤولية جماعية لجميع الدول اﻷعضاء، ويدعو جميع الدول اﻷعضاء إلى دفع أنصبتها المقررة بالكامل وفي حينها ويشجع الدول التي يمكنها تقديم تبرعات على أن تقوم بذلك.

49. The Secretary-General welcomes the efforts made by several Member States to report on the measures they have adopted to protect migrants and encourages those that have not done so to provide him with such information.
49 - يرحب الأمين العام بالجهود التي بذلتها عدة دول أعضاء للإبلاغ عن التدابير التي اتخذتها لحماية المهاجرين، ويشجع الدول التي لم تزوده بعد بتلك المعلومات بأن تفعل ذلك.

6- يحيط علماً مع التقدير بتزايد الانضمام إلى بروتوكول تهريب المهاجرين، ويحثُّ الدول الأطراف بمناسبة الذكرى العاشرة لبدء نفاذه على أن تنفذه تنفيذاً تاماً، ويشجع الدول التي لم تصدِّق عليه أو تنضم إليه بعد على القيام بذلك كمسألة ذات أولوية؛

31. Recalls that every child has the right to acquire a nationality, recognizes the special needs of children for protection against arbitrary deprivation of nationality, and encourages States that have not acceded to the Convention relating to the Status of Stateless Persons and the Convention on the Reduction of Statelessness to consider doing so;
31- يذكر بأن لكل طفل الحق في الحصول على جنسية، ويعترف باحتياجات الأطفال الخاصة فيما يتعلق بالحماية من الحرمان التعسفي من الجنسية، ويشجع الدول التي لم تنضم إلى الاتفاقية المتعلقة بوضع الأشخاص عديمي الجنسية والاتفاقية المتعلقة بخفض حالات انعدام الجنسية على أن تنظر في القيام بذلك؛

15. Welcomes the sixth anniversary of the adoption of the United Nations Declaration on the Rights of Indigenous Peoples, and encourages States that have endorsed it to adopt measures to pursue the objectives of the Declaration in consultation and cooperation with indigenous peoples, where appropriate;
15- يرحب بالذكرى السنوية السادسة لاعتماد إعلان الأمم المتحدة بشأن حقوق الشعوب الأصلية، ويشجع الدول التي أقرته على اعتماد تدابير تتوخى بلوغ أهداف هذا الإعلان بالتشاور والتعاون مع الشعوب الأصلية متى كان ذلك مناسباً؛

15. Welcomes the fifth anniversary of the adoption of the United Nations Declaration on the Rights of Indigenous Peoples, and encourages States that have endorsed it to adopt measures to pursue the objectives of the Declaration in consultation and cooperation with indigenous peoples, where appropriate;
