Commends UNIFEM for having surpassed the projections for resource mobilization in 2008 and the expansion of its partnerships with bilateral donors, civil society and private sector partners, and encourages the Fund to continue to broaden its resource base and to seek stronger partnerships in order to meet the resource mobilization targets in its strategic plan, paying particular attention to its core resources;

3 - يؤكد أن الموارد العادية هي الركيزة الأساسية للصندوق وأنها ضرورية للحفاظ على طبيعة عمله المتسمة بتعدد الأطراف والحياد والشمولية، ويشجع الصندوق على مواصلة حشد هذه الموارد مع الاستمرار أيضا في حشد الموارد التكميلية من أجل صناديقه وبرامجه المواضيعية؛
