ويعتبر أن جميع هذه التدابير باطلة وملغاة وتشكل انتهاكاً لقواعد ومبادئ القانون الدولي والقانون الدولي الإنساني وخصوصا اتفاقية جنيف الرابعة لعام 1949 م، ويطالب إسرائيل بالانسحاب الكامل من كل الجولان السوري المحتل إلى خطوط الرابع من حزيران عام 1967م.
