SADC held another conference in Windhoek from 8 to 10 February 1997.
وقد عقدت الجماعة مؤتمرا آخر في ويندهوك في الفترة من ٨ إلى ١٠ شباط/فبراير ١٩٩٧.

At the invitation of the Southern African Development Community (SADC), he made a presentation on " Disarmament and demilitarization in southern Africa " at a ministerial meeting held at Windhoek from 11 to 16 July 1994.
وبدعوة من اتحاد تنمية الجنوب الافريقي، ألقى محاضرة عن " نزع السلاح والتجريد من اﻷسلحة في منطقة الجنوب الافريقي " في اجتماع وزاري عقد في ويندهوك في الفترة من ١١ الى ١٦ تموز/يوليه ١٩٩٤.

Subsequently, at the invitation of the United Nations, the Agency's Assistant Director General for External Relations also participated in the meetings of the Group held in Windhoek from 16 to 25 March 1994 and in Addis Ababa from 11 to 14 May 1994.
وفي أعقاب ذلك، وبناء على دعوة من اﻷمم المتحدة، شارك أيضا مساعد مديــر عــام الوكالة للعلاقــات الخارجية في اجتماعي الفريق الذين عقدا في ويندهوك في الفترة من ١٦ إلى ٢٥ أذار/مارس ١٩٩٤، وفي أديس أبابا في الفترة من ١١ إلى ١٤ أيار/مايو ١٩٩٤.

The first, for member States of ECOWAS, was held in Ouagadougou on 26 and 27 February 2004 and the second, for member States of the Southern African Development Community (SADC), in Windhoek from 29 to 31 March 2004.
وكانت الحلقة الأولى للدول الأعضاء في الجماعة الاقتصادية لدول غرب أفريقيا، وعقدت في أواغادوغو في يومي 26 و 27 شباط/فبراير 2004، وكانت الحلقة الثانية للدول الأعضاء في الجماعة الإنمائية للجنوب الأفريقي، وعقدت في ويندهوك في الفترة من 29 إلى 31 آذار/مارس 2004.

I have the honour to transmit herewith a declaration that was adopted at the Third International Conference on Development Cooperation with Middle-Income Countries that was held in Windhoek from 4 to 6 August 2008 (see annex I). A summary report of the proceedings is also provided (see annex II).

The Nineteenth Meeting of Heads of National Drug Law Enforcement Agencies (HONLEA), Africa, held in Windhoek, from 12-16 October 2009, adopted a set of recommendations following the consideration by working groups of the issues indicated below.
1- اعتمد الاجتماعُ التاسع عشر لرؤساء الأجهزة الوطنية المعنية بإنفاذ قوانين المخدّرات أفريقيا، المعقود في ويندهوك في الفترة من 12 إلى 16 تشرين الأول/أكتوبر 2009، مجموعة من التوصيات إثر نظر الأفرقة العاملة في المواضيع المبيَّنة أدناه.

(b) The Government of Namibia, as well as ESA, for co-sponsoring the Cooperative Information Network Linking Scientists, Educators, Professionals and Decision Makers in Africa (COPINE) Workshop, hosted by the University of Namibia and held at Windhoek from 19 to 23 May 1997;
)ب( حكومة ناميبيا ، وكذلك وكالة الفضاء اﻷوروبية )ايسا( ، لمشاركتهما في رعاية حلقة عمل شبكة المعلومات التعاونية للربط بين العلماء والمعلمين والمهنيين ومتخذي القرارات في افريقيا )كوبين( ، التي استضافتها جامعة ناميبيا وعقدت في ويندهوك في الفترة من ٩١ الى ٣٢ أيار/مايو ٧٩٩١ ؛

17. Within the framework of its cooperation with regional and subregional organizations, the Department of Disarmament Affairs helped to organize a SADC workshop on the United Nations Register of Conventional Arms and the United Nations Standardized Instrument for Reporting Military Expenditures in Windhoek from 18 to 20 June 2002.
17 - في إطار تعاونها مع المنظمات الإقليمية ودون الإقليمية، أعانت إدارة شؤون نزع السلاح في تنظيم حلقة عمل، لفائدة الجماعة الإنمائية للجنوب الأفريقي، بشأن سجل الأمم المتحدة للأسلحة التقليدية ووثيقة الأمم المتحدة الموحدة لإعداد التقارير عن النفقات العسكرية، جرى عقدها في ويندهوك في الفترة من 18 إلى 20 حزيران/يونيه 2002.

ECA participated in the SADC Regional Seminar on Labour Migration, held in Lusaka, from 6 to 9 March 2000 and in the SADC Meeting of Labour and Employment Sector Committee of Ministers and Social Partners, held in Windhoek, from 26 February to 2 March 2001.
وشاركت اللجنة الاقتصادية لأفريقيا في الحلقة الدراسية بشأن هجرة اليد العاملة التي عقدتها الجماعة الإنمائية في لوساكا في الفترة من 6 إلى 9 آذار/مارس 2000، وشاركت أيضا في اجتماع الوزراء والشركاء الاجتماعيين الذي عقدته اللجنة المعنية بقطاعات العمالة والتشغيل والتابعة للجماعة الإنمائية، في ويندهوك في الفترة من 26 شباط/فبراير إلى 2 آذار/ مارس 2001.

Welcomes in particular the organization of the first session of the African Union Conference of Ministers in charge of Social Development, held in Windhoek from 27 to 31 October 2008, and recalls in this regard the African Common Position on Social Integration and the Social Policy Framework for Africa, both of which have been endorsed by Africa's Heads of State;
