34. The representative of the Republic of Korea said he supported the views stated by the Asian Group. He welcomed the signing of the mutual recognition and self-rule pact between Israel and the Palestine Liberation Organization.
٤٣ - وقال ممثل جمهورية كوريا، إنه يؤيد اﻵراء التي أعربت عنها المجموعة اﻵسيوية، وإنه يرحب بتوقيع الاعتراف المتبادل واتفاق الحكم الذاتي بين اسرائيل ومنظمة التحرير الفلسطينية.

Lastly, he supported the views expressed by Norway in favour of retention of article 113, but would suggest that it include a reference to article 18 of the Vienna Convention on the Law of Treaties, and that in the title the words “objects and purposes” should be substituted for “principles and rules”.

He endorsed the views expressed by Norway on article 113: its contents might duplicate articles 18 and 25 of the Vienna Convention on the Law of Treaties, but its inclusion could still be useful.
وهو يؤيد اﻵراء التي أبداها ممثل النرويج بشأن المادة ٣١١ : فان مضمونها يمثل ازدواجا للمادتين ٨١ و ٥٢ من اتفاقية فيينا لقانون المعاهدات ، بيد أن ادراجها يمكن أن يكون مفيدا .
