8. Notes with profound concern that, despite the commendable and successful efforts of the Commissioner-General to collect additional contributions, the increased level of income to the Agency is still insufficient to cover essential budget requirements in the current year and that, at the currently foreseen levels of contributions, deficits will recur each year;
٨ - تلاحظ مع بالغ القلق أنه على الرغم من الجهود المحمودة والناجحة التي يبذلها المفوض العام لجمع تبرعات إضافية، فإن المستوى اﻷعلى من اﻹيرادات للوكالة ما زال قاصرا عن مواجهة المتطلبات اﻷساسية للميزانية في السنة الحالية وأنه، قياسا على مستويات التبرعات المتوقعة حاليا، سيتكرر العجز كل سنة؛

8. Commends the efforts of the Commissioner-General to move towards budgetary transparency and internal efficiency, and hopes that such moves will continue;
