13. Malaysia noted with interest the High Commissioner's participation in the fifth meeting of persons chairing the human rights treaty bodies.
١٣ - ومضى يقول إن ماليزيا لاحظت مع الاهتمام مشاركة المفوض السامي في الاجتماع الخامس لﻷشخاص الذين يترأسون هيئات اﻹشراف على تنفيذ معاهدات حقوق الانسان.

Since the General Assembly had appropriated funds exclusively for members to attend the Committee session and for the chairperson to attend the meeting of persons chairing the human rights treaty bodies, attendance at any other meetings would require the inclusion of a statement of financial implications in the report.
وذكر أنه بما أن الجمعية العامة قد خصصت الاعتمادات حصرا لمشاركة اﻷعضاء في دورة اللجنة ولمشاركة الرئيسة في اجتماع اﻷشخاص الذين يترأسون الهيئات التعاهدية لحقوق اﻹنسان، فإن حضور أي اجتماعات أخرى يستلزم إدراج بيان باﻵثار المالية في التقرير.
