The Panel therefore finds that only the claimed costs in respect of the Mission in Riyadh are compensable, to the extent they are supported by sufficient documentary and other appropriate evidence.

MISSION OF OBSERVERS IN TAJIKISTAN 27. The Secretary-General recommends the establishment of a special account for UNMOT to be administered in accordance with financial regulation 6.6 for the purpose of accounting for income received and expenditure made in respect of the Mission.
٢٧ - يوصــي اﻷميــن العام بإنشاء حساب خاص لبعثة مراقبي اﻷمم المتحدة في طاجيكستان يدار وفقا للبند ٦-٦ من النظام المالي بغرض المعالجة المحاسبية لﻹيرادات الواردة والنفقات المنصرفة فيما يتعلق بالبعثة.

45. The Secretary-General recommends the establishment of a special account for UNAMIR to be administered in accordance with financial regulation 6.6 for the purpose of accounting for income received and expenditure made in respect of the Mission.
٤٥ - يوصي اﻷمين العام بفتح حساب خاص للبعثة تتم إدارته وفقا للمادة ٦-٦ من النظام المالي ﻷغراض إثبات اﻹيرادات الواردة والنفقات المتكبدة فيما يتعلق بالبعثة.

As regards the period beginning 16 June 1993, the Secretary-General recommends the establishment of a special account for UNFICYP, under the authority of regulation 6.6 of the Financial Regulations of the United Nations, for the purpose of accounting for income received and expenditure incurred in respect of the Mission.

96. In its resolution 48/243 of 5 April 1994, the General Assembly, inter alia, authorized the Secretary-General to enter into commitments for ONUSAL in an amount not to exceed $3,895,900 gross ($3,612,300 net) for the period from 1 June to 15 September 1994, subject to the decision to be taken by the Security Council in respect of the Mission.
٩٦ - أذنت الجمعية العامة لﻷمين العام، في قرارها ٤٨/٢٤٣ المؤرخ ٥ نيسان/أبريل ١٩٩٤، ضمن جملة أمور، بالـدخول في التـزامات لبعثـة مراقبــي اﻷمــم المتحــدة في السلفـــادور بمبلغ لا يتجاوز اجماليه ٩٠٠ ٨٩٥ ٣ دولار )صافيه ٣٠٠ ٦١٢ ٣ دولار( للفترة الممتدة من ١ حزيران/يونيه الى ١٥ أيلول/سبتمبر ١٩٩٤، رهنا بما يقرره مجلس اﻷمن فيما يتعلق بالبعثة.

8. The administration reports that, as at 31 December 2005, a total of $2.242 billion had been assessed on Member States in respect of UNMIK since its inception.
