6- وللأسباب المبينة أعلاه أرى أنه كان ينبغي للجنة أن تخلص إلى أن البلاغ رقم 1019/2001 مقبول لأنه يثير مسائل تندرج في إطار المادة 26، لا أن تعلن أنه يتنافى، بحكم الاختصاص الموضوعي، مع أحكام العهد.

3.6 He claims a violation under article 19 (2) of the Covenant, as prior to his conviction, a number of newspapers' reports designated him as a murderer, which raises issues under article 14 (2) of the Covenant.

The Committee notes that, for the purposes of admissibility, the author has duly substantiated her claim of discrimination by reason of her sex, which could raise issues under articles 3, 17 and 26 of the Covenant.
