2- إذا تساوت الأصوات التي حصل عليها المرشَّحون الحاصلون على ثاني أكبر عدد من الأصوات في الاقتراع الأول يجرى اقتراع خاص لتخفيض عددهم إلى مرشَّحَيْنِ اثنين فقط. وكذلك، إذا حصل ثلاثة مرشحين أو أكثر على أكبر عدد من الأصوات وكان ما حصلوا عليه أعداداً متساوية يجرى اقتراع خاص فيما بينهم.
