22. takes note with interest of the Amman Declaration and Programme of Action resulting from the eleventh International Conference of National Human Rights Institutions from 5 to 7 November 2012, particularly the commitment of national human rights institutions therein to give priority to women's rights;
22- يحيط علماً مع الاهتمام بإعلان وبرنامج عمل عمّان الصادرين عن المؤتمر الدولي الحادي عشر للمؤسسات الوطنية لحقوق الإنسان المعقود في الفترة من 5 إلى 7 تشرين الثاني/نوفمبر 2012، وبخاصة ما ورد فيهما من التزام المؤسسات الوطنية لحقوق الإنسان بإيلاء الأولوية لحقوق المرأة؛

2. takes note with interest of the decision of the United Nations High Commissioner for Human Rights to dispatch a fact-finding mission to the Central African Republic;

17. takes note with interest of the report of the Secretary-General on the question of the realization in all countries of economic, social and cultural rights and the recommendations therein, submitted pursuant to Human Rights Council resolution 19/5;
17- يحيط علماً مع الاهتمام بتقرير الأمين العام عن مسألة إعمال الحقوق الاقتصادية والاجتماعية والثقافية في جميع البلدان()، المقدم عملاً بقرار مجلس حقوق الإنسان 19/5 وبالتوصيات الواردة فيه؛

12. takes note with interest of all the general comments of the Working Group, including the most recent one on the right to recognition as a person before the law in the context of enforced disappearances, which are aimed at helping States to apply the Declaration in a way that is most conducive to the protection of all persons from enforced disappearances;

96. takes note with interest of the numerous examples of good practices set in the region in efforts to combat racism, racial discrimination, xenophobia and related intolerance, with a view to their possible replication, whether domestically or internationally, by means of cooperative and international assistance initiatives; such good practices are set out in an addition to the present outcome document.
