11. invites Member States and other donors to provide extrabudgetary resources, where necessary and in accordance with the rules and procedures of the United Nations, for the implementation of the relevant paragraphs of the present resolution;
11- يدعو الدولَ الأعضاءَ وسائر الجهات المانحة إلى توفير موارد من خارج الميزانية، عند الضرورة ووفقا للقواعد والإجراءات المعمول بها في الأمم المتحدة، من أجل تنفيذ الفقرات ذات الصلة من هذا القرار؛

1. invites Member States to strengthen their efforts to review and improve data collection tools in order to obtain an objective, scientific, balanced and transparent assessment of emerging trends in specific areas of crime;
1- يدعو الدولَ الأعضاءَ إلى تعزيز جهودها في مراجعة وتحسين أدوات جمع البيانات من أجل الخروج بتقييم موضوعي وعلمي ومتوازن وشفّاف للاتجاهات المستجدّة في مجالات محدّدة من مجالات الجريمة؛

11. invites Member States to raise awareness in the private sector about the need for technical tools and resources to address risks in sectors that are more exposed or vulnerable to corruption;
11- يدعو الدولَ الأعضاءَ إلى تعزيز وعي القطاع الخاص بالحاجة إلى أدوات تقنية وموارد للتصدِّي للمخاطر في القطاعات الأكثر تعرُّضاً للفساد أو ضعفاً إزاءه؛

9. invites Member States and other donors to provide extrabudgetary resources for the purposes described above, in accordance with the rules and procedures of the United Nations.
9- يدعو الدولَ الأعضاءَ والجهات المانحة الأخرى إلى توفير موارد خارجة عن الميزانية للأغراض المبيَّنة أعلاه، وفقاً لقواعد الأمم المتحدة وإجراءاتها.

(d) Calls on Member States and former Member States that are in arrears to fulfil their constitutional obligations by paying their outstanding assessed contributions in full and without conditions as soon as possible, or to take advantage of payment plans to settle their arrears, in accordance with previous decisions by the policymaking organs of UNIDO. "
(د) يدعو الدولَ الأعضاءَ والدولَ السابقةَ العضوية التي عليها متأخِّرات أن تفي بالتزاماتها الدستورية بدفع اشتراكاتها المقرَّرة غير المسدَّدة، كاملة ودون شروط في أقرب وقت ممكن، أو أن تستفيد من خطط السداد لتسوية متأخِّراتها، وفقاً للقرارات السابقة التي اتخذتها أجهزة اليونيدو لتقرير السياسات. "

2. invites Member States and other donors to provide extrabudgetary resources for the purposes set out in the present resolution, in accordance with the rules and procedures of the United Nations.

11. invites Member States to implement effective reporting mechanisms whereby their citizens can report websites and/or virtual activities related to child sexual exploitation crimes;
11- يدعو الدولَ الأعضاءَ إلى أن تنفّذ آليات إبلاغية فعّالة يمكن للمواطنين أن يُبلغوا من خلالها عن المواقع الإلكترونية و/أو الأنشطة الافتراضية ذات الصلة بجرائم استغلال الأطفال جنسيا؛

24. invites Member States and other donors to provide extrabudgetary resources for the purposes outlined in the present resolution, in accordance with the rules and procedures of the United Nations.
24- يدعو الدولَ الأعضاءَ وسائر الجهات المانحة إلى تقديم مساهمات من خارج الميزانية من أجل تحقيق الأغراض المبيّنة في هذا القرار، وفقاً للقواعد والإجراءات المعمول بها في الأمم المتحدة.

7. invites Member States and other donors to provide extrabudgetary resources for those purposes, in accordance with the rules and procedures of the United Nations;

9- يدعو الدولَ الأعضاءَ وسائر الجهات المانحة إلى تقديم مساهمات خارجة عن الميزانية لهذه الأغراض، وفقا لقواعد الأمم المتحدة وإجراءاتها؛

5. invites Member States to exchange successful experiences and best practices in crime prevention with other Member States, thus promoting regional cooperation and coordination in crime prevention, with a view to addressing shared challenges through a comprehensive approach, in order to achieve significant long-term progress in this field;
5- يدعو الدولَ الأعضاءَ إلى أن تتبادل فيما بينها التجارب الناجحة والممارسات الفضلى في مجال منع الجريمة، ممَّا يعزِّز التعاون والتنسيق على الصعيد الإقليمي في مجال منع الجريمة، وذلك بهدف التصدِّي للتحدِّيات المشتركة من خلال الأخذ بنهج شامل، بغية تحقيق تقدُّم كبير وطويل الأمد في هذا المجال؛

6. invites Member States to provide information to the United Nations Office on Drugs and Crime on national efforts, if any, to develop strategies for the prevention, investigation, prosecution and punishment of identity-related crime;
6- يدعو الدولَ الأعضاءَ إلى تزويد مكتب الأمم المتحدة المعني بالمخدرات والجريمة بمعلومات عن الجهود الوطنية المبذولة لوضع استراتيجيات لمنع الجرائم المتصلة بالهوية والتحقيق فيها وملاحقة مرتكبيها قضائياً ومعاقبتهم، إن وجدت هذه الجهود؛

5. invites Member States, within the framework of their domestic legal systems and international obligations, to consider reviewing their legal and regulatory arrangements in order to provide for the criminalization of the production and distribution of falsified and fraudulent products linked to organized crime;
5- يدعو الدولَ الأعضاءَ إلى أن تنظر، ضمن إطار نظمها القانونية الداخلية والتزاماتها الدولية، في مراجعة ترتيباتها القانونية والتنظيمية لكي تنص على تجريم إنتاج وتوزيع المنتجات المزيفة والمغشوشة، المرتبطَيْن بالجريمة المنظمة؛

20. invites Member States to provide technical assistance and technology transfer, including training on investigational tools, particularly for the benefit of developing countries, with a view to enabling those countries to develop national capacity to effectively combat the activities of criminals who use new information and communications technologies to violate the rights of the child;
20- يدعو الدولَ الأعضاءَ إلى تقديم المساعدة التقنية ونقل التكنولوجيا، بما في ذلك التدريب على أدوات التحقيق، وخاصة لصالح البلدان النامية، بغية تمكين تلك البلدان من إرساء قدرات وطنية تكفل فعالية مكافحة أنشطة المجرمين الذين يستعملون تكنولوجيات المعلومات والاتصالات الجديدة بهدف انتهاك حقوق الطفل؛

2. invites Member States to consider utilizing the United Nations Convention against Transnational Organized Crime in combating transnational organized crime and its possible links to illicit trafficking in precious metals;
2- يدعو الدولَ الأعضاءَ إلى النظر في استغلال اتفاقية الأمم المتحدة لمكافحة الجريمة المنظَّمة عبر الوطنية() في مكافحة الجريمة المنظَّمة عبر الوطنية وصلاتها المحتملة بالاتجار غير المشروع بالمعادن الثمينة؛

5. invites Member States to consider making illicit trafficking in endangered species of wild fauna and flora a serious crime, in accordance with their national legislation and article 2, paragraph (b), of the United Nations Convention against Transnational Organized Crime, especially when organized criminal groups are involved;
5- يدعو الدولَ الأعضاءَ إلى اعتبار الاتجار غير المشروع بأنواع الحيوانات والنباتات البرّية المهدَّدة بالانقراض جريمة خطيرة، وفقاً لتشريعاتها الوطنية والفقرة (ب) من المادة 2 من اتفاقية الأمم المتحدة لمكافحة الجريمة المنظمة عبر الوطنية، خاصة عندما تكون جماعات إجرامية منظمة ضالعة في هذا الاتجار؛

6. invites Member States and relevant institutions to provide the United Nations Interregional Crime and Justice Research Institute with examples of relevant national, regional and international laws, regulatory standards, best practices, case studies and other materials consistent with the study, such as on money-laundering and import/export controls, for its consideration;
6- يدعو الدولَ الأعضاءَ والمؤسسات المعنية إلى تزويد معهد الأمم المتحدة الأقاليمي لأبحاث الجريمة والعدالة بأمثلة عما يتصل بهذه المسائل من القوانين الوطنية والإقليمية والدولية والمعايير الرقابية وأفضل الممارسات ودراسات الحالات وسائر المواد التي تتساوق مع الدراسة المعنية، مثل الضوابط المتصلة بغسل الأموال وبالاستيراد والتصدير، من أجل النظر فيها؛
