٤ - يدعو اللجنة المعنية بالتنمية المستدامة إلى مناشدة الحكومات بإدراج اعتبارات السياحة المستدامة في استراتيجياتها الوطنية للتنمية المستدامة وفي الاتفاقيات البيئية متعددة اﻷطراف ذات الصلة.

The Council decided to invite the Committee on Non-Governmental Organizations to reconsider the current status of the International Police Association, bearing in mind Council resolution 1982/16, and to consider further the current status of the International Police Association with a view to taking a final decision at its first regular session of 1985.
وقرر المجلس أن يدعو اللجنة المعنية بالمنظمات غير الحكومية، الى اعادة النظر في المركز الحالي لرابطة الشرطة الدولية، مع مراعاة قرار المجلس ١٩٨٢/١٦، وأن ينظر كذلك في المركز الحالي لرابطة الشرطة الدولية بغية اتخاذ قرار نهائي في دورته العادية اﻷولى لعام ١٩٨٥.

6. invites the Commission on Sustainable Development to consider the integration of the commitments contained in the Malmö Ministerial Declaration into its work, especially in preparation for the World Summit on Sustainable Development;

13. invites the Commission on Science and Technology for Development to develop an appropriate, dynamic mechanism for its interaction with intergovernmental organizations that are not part of the United Nations system, as well as with non-governmental organizations, institutions, foundations and the private sector concerned with science and technology for development and wishing to make common cause with the Commission;
١٣ - يدعو اللجنة المعنية بتسخير العلم والتكنولوجيا ﻷغراض التنمية إلى إعداد آلية مناسبة ودينامية تتفاعل مع المنظمات الحكومية الدولية، التي ليست جزءا من منظومة اﻷمم المتحدة، كما تتفاعل مع المنظمات والمؤسسات والمنشآت غير الحكومية والقطاع الخاص، المعنية بتسخير العلم والتكنولوجيا ﻷغراض التنمية؛

17. invites the Commission on Science and Technology for Development to give consideration to ways and means of taking advantage of the twentieth anniversary of the United Nations Conference on Science and Technology for Development, held at Vienna from 20 to 31 August 1979, for the formulation of a common vision for the future contribution of science and technology for development;
١٧ - يدعو اللجنة المعنية بتسخير العلم والتكنولوجيا ﻷغراض التنمية إلى إيلاء الاعتبار لسبل ووسائل الاستفادة من الاحتفال بالذكرى السنوية العشرين لانعقاد مؤتمر اﻷمم المتحدة لتسخير العلم والتكنولوجيا ﻷغراض التنمية، المعقود في فيينا في الفترة من ٢٠ الى ٣١ آب/أغسطس ١٩٧٩، من أجل وضع رؤية مشتركة لمستقبل مساهمة العلم والتكنولوجيا في أغراض التنمية؛

" 7. invites the Commission on Science and Technology for Development to establish a system for taking inventory of and reporting on the programmes for science and technology activities of the United Nations system, with a view to proposing pragmatic approaches to improving the quality of intergovernmental coordination and cooperation in the area of science and technology within the United Nations system, and to promoting synergies;
" ٧ - يدعو اللجنة المعنية بتسخير العلم والتكنولوجيا ﻷغراض التنمية إلى إنشاء نظام ﻹعداد قوائم بأنشطة العلم والتكنولوجيا التي تضطلع بها منظومة اﻷمم المتحدة، وإعداد تقارير بشأن البرامج، بغرض اقتراح نهج عملية لتحسين نوعية التنسيق والتعاون الحكوميين الدوليين في مجال العلم والتكنولوجيا في منظومة اﻷمم المتحدة وتعزيز أنشطة التعاضد؛
