48. The Security Council passed resolution 1738 (2006) to express its deep concern " at the frequency of acts of violence in many parts of the world against journalists, media professionals and associated personnel in armed conflict " , and it condemned intentional attacks against this group.
48-وأصدر مجلس الأمن في عام 2006 القرار 1738(2006) الذي أعرب فيه عن بالغ قلقه " إزاء تكرار أعمال العنف في أجزاء عديدة من العالم ضد الصحفيين وموظفي وسائط الإعلام ومن يرتبط بهم من أفراد في النزاعات المسلحة " ، وأدان الهجمات المتعمدة ضد هذه الفئة.

35- وأصدر مجلس الأمن في عام 2006 القرار 1738(2006) الذي أعرب فيه عن بالغ قلقه " إزاء تكرار أعمال العنف في أجزاء عديدة من العالم ضد الصحفيين وموظفي وسائط الإعلام ومن يرتبط بهم من أفراد في النزاعات المسلحة " ، وأدان الهجمات المتعمدة ضد هذه الفئة.

(b) Small arms, light weapons and related materiel, temporarily exported to Libya for the sole use of United Nations personnel, representatives of the media and humanitarian and development workers and associated personnel, notified to the Committee in advance and in the absence of a negative decision by the Committee within five working days of such a notification;
