10 - يرحب بالمبادرات التي اتخذها الأمين العام للأمم المتحدة من أجل تحسين الحالة الأمنية على طول الحدود بين السودان وتشاد وبين السودان وجمهورية أفريقيا الوسطى، بما في ذلك عن طريق إتاحة تواجد متعدد الأبعاد، ومن أجل المساهمة في تنفيذ الاتفاقات المبرمة بين السودان وتشاد.

5. welcomes the initiatives taken by the Economic Community of Central African States to resolve the Central African crisis, including the decision taken at its special summits in N'Djamena on 3 and 18 April 2013 to set up an institutional transition mechanism in the Central African Republic for a period of up to 18 months;
5- يرحب بالمبادرات التي اتخذتها الجماعة الاقتصادية لدول وسط أفريقيا من أجل حلّ الأزمة في أفريقيا الوسطى، بما فيها القرار الصادر عن مؤتمري القمة الاستثنائيين اللذين عقدتهما الجماعة في نجامينا في 3 و18 نيسان/أبريل 2013 لإنشاء آلية انتقالية مؤسسية في جمهورية أفريقيا الوسطى لمدة 18 شهراً كحدٍّ أقصى؛

5- يرحب بالمبادرات التي اتخذتها الجماعة الاقتصادية لدول وسط أفريقيا من أجل حلّ الأزمة في أفريقيا الوسطى، بما فيها القرار الصادر عن مؤتمري القمة الاستثنائيين اللذين عقدتهما الجماعة في نجامينا في 3 و18 نيسان/أبريل 2013 لإنشاء آلية انتقالية مؤسسية في جمهورية أفريقيا الوسطى لفترة أقصاها 18 شهراً؛

4. welcomes the initiatives taken by the Office of the United Nations High Commissioner for Human Rights through its office in Guinea, in particular in the monitoring of the human rights situation before and during the presidential election process, to support the strengthening of local institutional capacities in promoting and protecting human rights as well as in the fight against impunity;
4- يرحب بالمبادرات التي اتخذتها مفوضية الأمم المتحدة السامية لحقوق الإنسان عن طريق مكتبها في غينيا، ولا سيما في مجال رصد حالة حقوق الإنسان قبل عملية الانتخابات الرئاسية وأثناءها، ودعم تعزيز القدرات المؤسسية الوطنية على تعزيز حقوق الإنسان وحمايتها، فضلاً عن مكافحة الإفلات من العقاب؛

10. welcomes the initiatives of OIC Member States for the establishment of a Zone free from all weapons of mass destruction, notably nuclear weapons in the Middle East, within the framework of the United Nations, and calls for an early establishment of such a Zone. In this context, it notes with appreciation the efforts undertaken by these States concerning the establishment of a nuclear-weapon-free zone in the Middle East.
10- يرحب بالمبادرات التي اتخذتها بعض الدول الأعضاء في منظمة المؤتمر الإسلامي من أجل إقامة منطقة خالية من أسلحة الدمار الشامل وخاصة الأسلحة النووية في الشرق الأوسط ، وذلك في إطار الأمم المتحدة، ويدعو إلى الإسراع في إقامة هذه المنطقة، ويسجل مع التقدير في هذا الإطار الجهود التي تبذلها هذه الدول بخصوص إنشاء منطقة خالية من السلاح النووي في الشرق الأوسط .

15. welcomes the initiatives taken by the Government of the Democratic Republic of the Congo to promote human rights, the administration of justice and the consolidation of security, in particular through the promulgation of the Act on the Organization, Functioning and Competence of Courts and Tribunals, which gives courts of appeal jurisdiction over crimes of genocide, war crimes and crimes against humanity;
15- يرحب بالمبادرات التي اتخذتها حكومة جمهورية الكونغو الديمقراطية لتعزيز حقوق الإنسان وإقامة العدل وتوطيد الأمن، ولا سيما بسنّ القانون الأساسي المتعلِّق بتنظيم المحاكم والهيئات القضائية وبأدائها واختصاصاتها الذي يمنح محكمة الاستئناف اختصاص البت في جرائم الإبادة الجماعية وجرائم الحرب والجرائم ضد الإنسانية؛
