5. Recommends that the graduating country establish, in cooperation with its bilateral and multilateral development and trading partners, a consultative mechanism to facilitate the preparation of the transition strategy and the identification of the associated actions;
5 - توصي بأن ينشئ البلد الذي يرفع اسمه من القائمة، بالتعاون مع شركائه في التنمية والتجارة الثنائيين والمتعددي الأطراف، آلية استشارية لتيسير إعداد استراتيجية الانتقال وتحديد الإجراءات المرتبطة بذلك؛

To ensure that any country graduating from the category is able to continue and sustain its progress with minimal risk of having its development disrupted, eligibility for graduation requires a country to meet two, rather than only one, of the three criteria.
ولضمان استمرار أي بلد يرفع اسمه من هذه الفئة في إحراز تقدم والمحافظة عليه مع تقليل خطر تعطل التنمية إلى أدنى حد ممكن، تتطلب أهلية رفع الاسم من القائمة الوفاء بمعيارين اثنين بدلا من معيار واحد فقط، من المعايير الثلاثة.

It recommended that the Government of the graduating country establish, in cooperation with its bilateral and multilateral development and trading partners, a consultative mechanism to facilitate the preparation of the transition strategy and the identification of associated actions.
وأوصت الجمعية بأن تنشئ حكومة البلد الذي يرفع اسمه من القائمة، بالتعاون مع شركائه في التنمية والتجارة الثنائيين والمتعددي الأطراف، آلية استشارية لتيسير إعداد استراتيجية الانتقال وتحديد الإجراءات اللازمة لذلك.

" 7. Recommends that the consultative mechanism established by the graduating country, in cooperation with its bilateral and multilateral development and trading partners, to facilitate the preparation of the transition strategy and the identification of the associated actions be integrated with other regular consultative processes between the graduating country and its development partners;
" 7 - توصي بأن تدمج الآلية الاستشارية التي ينشئها البلد الذي يرفع اسمه من القائمة، بالتعاون مع شركائه في التنمية والتجارة على الصعيدين الثنائي والمتعدد الأطراف، لتيسير إعداد استراتيجية الانتقال وتحديد الإجراءات المرتبطة بها مع العمليات الاستشارية المنتظمة الأخرى بين البلد الذي يرفع اسمه من القائمة وشركائه في التنمية؛

14. Invites United Nations entities that have committed to allocating a certain percentage of their resources to least developed countries to consider the extension and gradual phasing out of least developed country-specific support to graduated countries for a fixed period of time in a predictable manner and applied according to the specific development situation of each graduating country;
14 - تدعو كيانات الأمم المتحدة التي التزمت بتخصيص نسبة معينة من مواردها لأقل البلدان نموا إلى النظر في تمديد الفترة التي يقدم فيها الدعم لكل بلد من أقل البلدان نموا ووقفه تدريجيا بالنسبة للبلدان التي رفع اسمها من القائمة، خلال فترة محددة من الزمن وعلى نحو يمكن التنبؤ به، وتطبيق ذلك وفقا لحالة التنمية في كل بلد يرفع اسمه من القائمة؛
