Saudi Arabia stated that its domestic laws stipulated that an act was to be undertaken in furtherance of the agreement in order for the act to be criminalized as stated in article 5, paragraph 1 (a) (i).
42- وذكرت المملكة العربية السعودية أن قوانينها الداخلية تنص على ضرورة إتيان فعل يساعد على تنفيذ الاتفاق حتى يمكن تجريم هذا الفعل، وفقا لما جاء في الفقرة 1 (أ) `1` من المادة 5.
