23. encourages States parties to cooperate in order to implement the necessary measures to enable them to obtain reliable information on beneficial ownership of companies, legal structures or other complex legal mechanisms, including trusts and holdings, used to commit crimes of corruption or to hide and transfer proceeds;

36. encourages States parties to share approaches and practical experience for the return of assets, consistent with article 57 of the Convention, for further dissemination through the Secretariat;

19. encourages States that have not done so to consider ratifying or acceding to the Tampere Convention on the Provision of Telecommunication Resources for Disaster Mitigation and Relief Operations, adopted at Tampere, Finland, on 18 June 1998;
19 - يشجِّع الدول التي لم تصدِّق أو تنضم إلى اتفاقية تامبيري بشأن توفير موارد الاتصالات السلكية واللاسلكية لأغراض التخفيف من أثر الكوارث ولعمليات الإغاثة، التي اعتُمدت في تامبيري، فنلندا، في 18 حزيران/يونيه 1998، على النظر في التصديق عليها أو الانضمام إليها؛

8. encourages States to address acts of intimidation and reprisal against individuals and groups who cooperate or have cooperated with the United Nations, its representatives and mechanisms in the field of human rights by considering, inter alia, the establishment of a national focal point;
8- يشجِّع الدول على التصدي لأعمال التخويف والانتقام المرتكبة بحق الأفراد والمجموعات الذين يتعاونون أو تعاونوا مع الأمم المتحدة وممثليها وآلياتها في ميدان حقوق الإنسان، وذلك من خلال النظر، في جملة أمور، في إنشاء جهات اتصال وطنية؛

The Conference may wish to encourage States to continue to implement the recommendations adopted by the Working Group at its first meeting, which were reaffirmed by the Group at its second meeting.
لعلَّ المؤتمر يودُّ أن يشجِّع الدول على مواصلة تنفيذ التوصيات التي اعتمدها الفريق العامل في اجتماعه الأول وعاود تأكيدها في اجتماعه الثاني.

The Conference may wish to encourage States parties to promote the regular exchange of experiences on different methods and tools to combat the illicit trafficking in firearms, their parts and components and ammunition, including marking in accordance with the Firearms Protocol.
لعلَّ المؤتمر يودُّ أن يشجِّع الدول الأطراف على تعزيز التبادل المنتظم للخبرات بشأن مختلف الأساليب والأدوات المستخدمة في مكافحة الاتِّجار غير المشروع بالأسلحة النارية وأجزائها ومكوِّناتها والذخيرة، بما في ذلك بشأن عملية الوسم وفقاً لبروتوكول الأسلحة النارية.

The Group might wish to encourage States parties to continue to share new and updated information on good practices in the implementation of the policies, measures and practices related to chapter II of the Convention.
