10 - يشيد بجهود الغرفة الإسلامية للتجارة والصناعة في تقديم اقتراح لتنشيط القطاع الخاص في البلدان الإسلامية الأقل نموا والبلدان غير الساحلية وذلك عن طريق إنشاء شبكة من المؤسسات الصغيرة والمتوسطة الحجم في هذه البلدان؛

16. Notes with gratitude and appreciation the efforts made by Prof. Dr. Ekmeleddin İhsanoğlu, Director of IRCICA, since the Center's establishment until today, which are marked by an innovative spirit and excellent style, and expresses its thanks and deep appreciation to the staff members of the Centre for the distinguished efforts they have made and are still making in fulfilling the aims entrusted to the Centre.

3. commends the efforts of the Palestinian National Authority in the Palestinian territories to reconstruct what has been destroyed during three consecutive years of Israeli aggression, and calls upon the international community, and monetary and economic institutions to come to the aid of the Palestinian people and assist them to rebuild the destruction caused by the Israeli occupation.
3 - يشيد بجهود السلطة في الأراضي الفلسطينية المحتلة لإعادة اعمار ما تم تدميره خلال سنوات العدوان الإسرائيلي المتتالي ويدعو المجتمع الدولي والمؤسسات النقدية والاقتصادية إلى مد يد العون للشعب الفلسطيني ومساعدته على بناء ما دمره الاحتلال الإسرائيلي.

2. His delegation commended the efforts by the United Nations Office on Drugs and Crime (UNODC) and other agencies to assist States in strengthening law enforcement and to foster international and cross-border cooperation.
