31. Consequent upon the opinion rendered, the Working Group requests the Government of the Syrian Arab Republic to take the necessary steps to remedy the situation in conformity with the standards and principles set forth in the Universal Declaration of Human Rights.
وبناءً على هذا الرأي، يطلب الفريق العامل إلى حكومة الجمهورية العربية السورية أن تتخذ الخطوات اللازمة لتصحيح الوضع بما يتفق مع المعايير والمبادئ المنصوص عليها في الإعلان العالمي لحقوق الإنسان.

24. In view of the adverse effect of this wrongful arrest and detention on Mr. Alkhodr and his family, the Working Group requests the Government of Saudi Arabia to provide appropriate reparation.
24- وفي ضوء ما لحق بالسيد الخضر وأسرته من ضرر بسبب اعتقاله واحتجازه بشكل غير قانوني، يطلب الفريق العامل إلى حكومة المملكة العربية السعودية أن تقدم له التعويض المناسب.

As a result of the opinion rendered, the Working Group requests the Government of Israel to guarantee that Ms. Shalabi can effectively enjoy of her freedom and her right to health.
29- ونتيجة هذا الرأي، يطلب الفريق العامل إلى حكومة إسرائيل أن تكفل للسيدة شلبي تمتعها الفعلي بحريتها وبحقها في الصحة.

Consequent upon the opinion rendered and in view of the adverse effects of the wrongful arrest and detention on the above-mentioned persons and their families, the Working Group requests the Government to ensure appropriate reparation.
47- وبناءً على هذا الرأي وبسبب التأثير السلبي للتوقيف والاحتجاز غير القانونيين على الأشخاص المذكورين آنفاً وعلى أسرهم، يطلب الفريق العامل إلى حكومة المملكة العربية السعودية أن تكفل لهم جبراً مناسباً.

9. Consequent upon the opinion rendered, the Working Group requests the Government of the Republic of Indonesia to take the necessary steps to remedy the situation, and bring it in conformity with the standards and principles set forth in the Universal Declaration of Human Rights.
٩- ونتيجة للرأي الصادر يطلب الفريق العامل إلى حكومة جمهورية اندونيسيا أن تتخذ ما يلزم من إجراءات لتصحيح الوضع من أجل جعله مطابقا لﻷحكام والمبادئ المدرجة في اﻹعلان العالمي لحقوق اﻹنسان.

Consequent upon the opinion rendered, the Working Group requests the Government of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia to release Mr. Shaqibel forthwith and bring his situation into conformity with the requirements of international human rights instruments.
30- وبناءً على هذا الرأي، يطلب الفريق العامل إلى حكومة المملكة العربية السعودية إطلاق سراح السيد الشقيبل على الفور وتصحيح وضعه وفقاً لمقتضيات الصكوك الدولية لحقوق الإنسان.

34. Consequent upon the opinion rendered, the Working Group requests the Government of Myanmar to release Ko Mya Aye forthwith, bringing it into conformity with the standards and principles set forth in the Universal Declaration of Human Rights.
34- وبناء على هذا الرأي، يطلب الفريق العامل إلى حكومة ميانمار أن تطلق سراح كو ميا آيى فوراً وأن تصحح وضعه وفقاً للمعايير والمبادئ المنصوص عليها في الإعلان العالمي لحقوق الإنسان.

37. Consequent upon the opinion rendered, the Working Group requests the Government of Peru to take the necessary steps to remedy the situation in conformity with the provisions set forth in the Universal Declaration of Human Rights and the International Covenant on Civil and Political Rights.
37- وبناءً على هذا الرأي، يطلب الفريق العامل إلى حكومة بيرو أن تُنصف السيد لويس ويليامس بولو ريبيرا، وفقاً لأحكام الإعلان العالمي لحقوق الإنسان والعهد الدولي الخاص بالحقوق المدنية والسياسية.

21. Consequent upon the opinion rendered, the Working Group requests the Government of Saudi Arabia to release Mr. Al-Murbati forthwith and to bring his situation into conformity with the standards and principles set forth in the Universal Declaration of Human Rights.
21- وبناء على هذا الرأي، يطلب الفريق العامل إلى حكومة المملكة العربية السعودية الإفراج فوراً عن السيد المرباطي والعمل على تحقيق توافق حالته مع معايير ومبادئ الإعلان العالمي لحقوق الإنسان.

24. Consequent upon the opinion rendered, the Working Group requests the Government of Saudi Arabia to release Mr. Al-Ghamdi forthwith and bring his situation into conformity with the standards and principles set forth in the Universal Declaration of Human Rights.
24- وبناءً على هذا الرأي، يطلب الفريق العامل إلى حكومة المملكة العربية السعودية الإفراج فوراً عن السيد الغامدي والعمل على تحقيق توافق حالته مع معايير ومبادئ الإعلان العالمي لحقوق الإنسان.

13. Consequently, the Working Group requests the Government of Saudi Arabia to immediately release Mr. Al-Samhi and to ensure that adequate reparation is provided to him and his family.
13- وبناءً على ذلك، يطلب الفريق العامل إلى حكومة المملكة العربية السعودية أن تطلق فوراً سراح السيد السمحي وأن تُقدم إليه وأسرته تعويضاً مناسباً.

25. Consequent upon the opinion rendered, the Working Group requests the Government of the Syrian Arab Republic to immediately release Mohamed Ahmed Mustafa, Hassan Ibrahim Saleh and Maarouf Ahmad Malla Ahmad and provide them with adequate reparation.
25- وبناء على هذا الرأي، يطلب الفريق العامل إلى حكومة الجمهورية العربية السورية أن تطلق فوراً سراح محمد أحمد مصفى وحسن إبراهيم صالح ومعروف أحمد ملا أحمد وأن تقدم إليهم تعويضاً كافياً.

Consequent upon the opinion rendered, the Working Group requests the Government of Myanmar to take the necessary steps to remedy the situation of Thagyi Maung Zeya and Sithu Zeya and to bring it into conformity with the standards and principles set forth in the Universal Declaration of Human Rights.
31- وبناءً على هذا الرأي، يطلب الفريق العامل إلى حكومة ميانمار أن تتخذ التدابير اللازمة لتصحيح وضع تاغيي ماأونغ زايا وسيثو زايا لكي يتفق مع المعايير والمبادئ الواردة في الإعلان العالمي لحقوق الإنسان.

21. Consequent upon the opinion rendered, the Working Group requests the Government of Saudi Arabia to release Mr. Gellani forthwith, and to bring his situation into conformity with the standards and principles set forth in the Universal Declaration of Human Rights.
21- وبناء على هذا الرأي، يطلب الفريق العامل إلى حكومة المملكة العربية السعودية أن تطلق سراح السيد جيلاني فوراً وأن تصحح وضعه وفقاً للمعايير والمبادئ المنصوص عليها في الإعلان العالمي لحقوق الإنسان.

21. In view of the adverse effect of this wrongful arrest and detention, the Working Group requests the Government of Saudi Arabia to ensure that appropriate reparation is provided to Mr. Al-Hweiti and his family.
21- وبسبب الآثار السلبية لهذا التوقيف والاحتجاز غير المشروعين، يطلب الفريق العامل إلى حكومة المملكة العربية السعودية أن تقدم إلى السيد الحويتي وأسرته تعويضاً مناسباً.

(c) Accordingly, the Working Group requests that the Government of Cuba immediately release Mr. Alan Phillip Gross;
(ج) وبناءً على ما تقدَّم، يطلب الفريق العامل إلى حكومة جمهورية كوبا أن تأمر بالإفراج الفوري عن السيد ألان فيليب غروس؛
