19. In view of the adverse effect of this wrongful arrest and detention on Mr. Abu Haikal and his family, the Working Group requests the Government of Saudi Arabia to ensure appropriate reparation.
19- ونظراً للآثار السلبية التي لحقت بالسيد أبو هيكل وأسرته بسبب هذا الاعتقال والاحتجاز غير القانونيين، فإن الفريق العامل يطلب من حكومة المملكة العربية السعودية ضمان تقديم تعويض مناسب.

28. The Working Group, having rendered this opinion, requests the Government of Cuba to take the necessary steps to remedy the situation and bring it into conformity with the standards and principles set forth in the Universal Declaration of Human Rights and to take appropriate steps with a view to becoming a State party to the International Covenant on Civil and Political Rights.

٢ - يطلب من حكومة جمهورية كرواتيا والطائفة الصربية المحلية أن تتعاونا مع اﻹدارة الانتقالية في تهيئة الظروف واتخاذ الخطوات اﻷخرى اللازمة ﻹجراء انتخابات محلية في المنطقة وفقا ﻷحكام الاتفاق اﻷساسي حيث تضطلع اﻹدارة الانتقالية بالمسؤولية عن تنظيمها؛
