Under article 191: “Anyone who uses force, threats or deception to commit an act of indecent assault shall be liable to a penalty of up to 15 years' imprisonment.
كما نصت المادة ١٩١ على أن: " كل من هتك عرض إنسان باﻹكراه أو بالتهديد أو بالحيلة يعاقب بالحبس مدة لا تجاوز خمس عشر سنة.

Article 248: It imposes a penalty of imprisonment of up to five years on (1) any person who purchases, sales, gifts or disposes of a human being, and (2) any person who brings in or takes out from the country a human being for the purpose of disposing of the human being.
مادة ٢٤٨: يعاقب بالحبس مدة لا تزيد عن خمس سنوات: أولا: كل من اشترى أو باع أو أهدى أو تصرف أي تصرف كان بإنسان. ثانيًا: كل من جلب إلى البلاد أو صدر منها إنسانًا بقصد التصرف فيه.

Article 183 further stipulates that anyone who abducts, conceals or exchanges a newborn baby or falsifies the said baby's parentage is liable to a penalty of up to 10 years' imprisonment.

Article 178 of the Code stipulates that: “Anyone who abducts a person without his consent by forcing him to move from the place in which he is normally resident to another place and detaining him therein shall be liable to a penalty of up to seven years' imprisonment.
تنص المادة ٨٧١ من القانون المذكور على أن: " كل من خطف شخصاً بغير رضاه وذلك بحمله على الانتقال من المكان الذي يقيم فيه عادة إلى مكان آخر بحجزه فيه يعاقب بالحبس مدة لا تتجاوز سبع سنوات.

Under article 179: “Anyone who abducts a person who is insane, feeble—minded or under 21 years of age without using force, threats or deception shall be liable to a penalty of up to 10 years' imprisonment.
كما نصت المادة ٩٧١ منه على أن: " كل من خطف شخصاً مجنوناً أو معتوهاً أو تقل سنه عن واحد وعشرين سنة كاملة بغير قوة أو تهديد أو حيلة، يعاقب بالحبس مدة لا تجاوز عشر سنوات.

Under article 183: “Anyone who abducts, conceals or exchanges a newborn baby or falsifies its parentage shall be liable to a penalty of up to 10 years' imprisonment”.
ونصت المادة ٣٨١ على أن: " كل من خطف طفلاً حديث العهد بالولادة أو أخفاه أو أبدل به غيره، أو عزاه زوراً إلى غير والده أو والدته، يعاقب بالحبس مدة لا تجاوز عشر سنوات.

119. According to article 189: “Anyone who, without using force, threats or deception, knowingly has sexual intercourse with a woman over 21 years of age who is within the prohibited degrees of kinship shall be liable to a penalty of up to 15 years’ imprisonment.
٩١١- كما نصت المادة ٩٨١ على أن من واقع أنثى محرم منه، وهو عالم بذلك، بغير إكراه أو تهديد أو حيلة وكانت تبلغ الحادية والعشرين، يعاقب بالحبس مدة لا تجاوز خمس عشرة سنة.

(b) Any person who fails to perform his duty while serving in the field shall be liable to a penalty of up to 2 years' imprisonment;
(ب) يعاقب بالحبس مدة لا تزيد على سنتين إذا كان التخلف أثناء خدمة الميدان؛

If the offender is an ascendant of the victim or if he was one of the persons entrusted with the victim’s upbringing or welfare or vested with authority over the victim or if he was the victim’s servant or a servant of any of the above-mentioned persons, he shall be liable to a penalty of life imprisonment.

Article 192: Anyone who indecently assaults a young male or female under 21 years of age without using force, threat or ruse shall be liable to a term of up to 10 years' imprisonment.
· المادة (192) - كل من هتك عرض صبي أو صبية لم يتم كل منهما الحادية والعشرين من عمره بغير إكراه أو تهديد أو حيلة يعاقب بالحبس مدة لا تجاوز عشر سنوات.

Article 279: Any person who abets another person in prostitution or lewdness shall be punished by imprisonment of up to three years. If an offense is committed based on such abetment, the penalty shall be imprisonment of up to seven years.
مادة ٢٧٩: يعاقب بالحبس مدة لا تزيد عن ثلاث سنوات من حرض غيره على الفجور أو الدعارة فإذا وقعت الجريمة بناء على هذا التحريض تكون العقوبة الحبس الذي لا يتجاوز سبع سنوات.

Article 280: Any person who consents to the prostitution of his wife - or any of his unmarried close female relatives, or those to whom he is the guardian, or whomever he undertakes to raise - shall be punished by imprisonment of up to 15 years.
مادة ٢٨٠: يعاقب بالحبس مدة لا تزيد عن خمس عشرة سنة كل من يرضى لزوجته أو أية أنثى من محارمه أو من اللائي له الولاية عليهن أو ممن يتولى تربيتهن فعل الفاحشة؛ فإن عاد إلى ذلك تكون عقوبته الإعدام وتعاقب المرأة التي ترضى لبناتها فعل الفاحشة بذات العقوبة.

II. Anyone who acquires a thing obtained through a felony or misdemeanour under conditions leading him to believe that the source thereof is unlawful shall be punished by imprisonment for a period of not less than three years.
ثانيا - يعاقب بالحبس مدة لا تقل عن ثلاث سنوات من حاز على شيء متحصل من جناية أو جنحة وكان ذلك في ظروف تحمله على الاعتقاد بعدم مشروعية مصدره.
