Requests the Secretary-General to prepare a report, to be submitted to the Commission at its fifty-first session, drawing on comments by States and national institutions and recalling the World Conference on Human Rights, concerning possible forms of participation by national institutions in United Nations meetings dealing with human rights;
١١ ـ ترجو من اﻷمين العام إعداد تقرير، يقدم الى اللجنة في دورتها الحادية والخمسين، ويفيد من التعليقات التي تقدم من الدول والمؤسسات الوطنية ويذكر بالمؤتمر العالمي لحقوق اﻹنسان فيما يتعلق باﻷشكال الممكنة لمشاركة المؤسسات الوطنية في اجتماعات اﻷمم المتحدة التي تتناول حقوق الانسان ؛

A working group of the Commission discussed the draft Platform for Action that had been prepared by the Secretary-General. The Commission, in adopting resolution 38/10 on preparations for the Conference, provided guidance to the secretariat on the continuing process of preparing a revised draft of the Platform of Action, which is to be submitted to the Commission at its thirty-ninth session.
وقد ناقش فريق عامل تابع للجنة مشروع برنامج للعمل أعدته اﻷمينة العامة واللجنة، باتخاذها القرار ٣٨/١٠ المتعلق باﻷعمال التحضيرية للمؤتمر، قدمت مبادئ توجيهية لﻷمانة بشأن استمرار عملية إعداد مشروع منقح لبرنامج للعمل، من المقرر أن يقدم الى اللجنة في دورتها التاسعة والثلاثين.
