٢٥ - واقترح كذلك الاستعاضة عن الجملة " وكانت حتى ذلك التاريخ مدينة باشتراكات متأخرة تبلغ ٦١,٣ مليون دولار " في الفقرة الديباجية الثانية بالجملة " وكانت حتى ٣٠ تشرين الثاني/نوفمبر ١٩٩٧ مدينة باشتراكات متأخرة تعادل ٦١,٣ مليون دولار " ، كما اقترح إضافة الجملة " وأن يقدم توصيات مناسبة إلى مجلس التنمية الصناعية بهذا الشأن " إلى نهاية الفقرة اﻷخيرة .

Mr. BOURITA (Morocco) said that his delegation could accept the first additional paragraph proposed by the representative of the Russian Federation. However, it could not accept the second, which was in any event covered by its own proposal to amend the operative paragraph with the addition of the words “and any other proposals submitted by Member States and to make the appropriate recommendations to the Industrial Development Board”.
٤٨ - السيد بوريطة )المغرب( : قال إن وفده يستطيع قبول الفقرة اﻹضافية اﻷولى التي اقترحها ممثــل الاتحــاد الروسـي ، ولكنـه لا يستطيع أن يقبل الفقرة الثانية ، ويغطيها على كل حال اقتراحه هو الخاص بتعديل المنطوق بإضافة الجملة " وأي مقترحات أخرى مقدمة من الدول اﻷعضاء وأن يقدم توصيات مناسبة إلى مجلس التنمية الصناعية " .
