Pursuant to paragraph 1 of Annex I to the Constitution, if a State not listed in any of those lists becomes a Member of UNIDO, the General Conference shall decide, after appropriate consultations, in which of those lists it is to be included.
وتقضي الفقرة ١ من المرفق اﻷول للدستور بأنه اذا أصبحت دولة ليست مدرجة في أي من تلك القوائم عضوا في اليونيدو ، يقرر المؤتمر العام ، بعد اجراء المشاورات المناسبة ، في أي من هذه القوائم تدرج هذه الدولة .

In accordance with Article 4 of the Constitution of UNIDO, observer status shall be open, upon request, to those enjoying such status in the General Assembly of the United Nations, unless the General Conference decides otherwise.
