17.6 In this evaluation process, States should ensure a participatory approach to information gathering, management, analysis, interpretation and dissemination.

5.5 States should take measures, where and if necessary, to develop, strengthen, implement and maintain effective anticorruption legislation and policies, including in the food sector and in the management of emergency food aid.
5-5 ينبغي على الدول أن تتخذ التدابير، حيثما وإذا دعت الضرورة، لوضع وتقوية وتنفيذ وضمان استمرار سياسات فعالة لمكافحة الفساد، تشمل قطاع الأغذية وإدارة المعونة الغذائية في حالات الطوارئ.

Where necessary and appropriate, States should carry out land reforms and other policy reforms consistent with their human rights obligations and in accordance with the rule of law in order to secure efficient and equitable access to land and to strengthen pro-poor growth.

8.2 States should take steps so that members of vulnerable groups can have access to opportunities and economic resources in order to participate fully and equally in the economy.

11.6 States should implement measures to make people improve their housing conditions and their means for food preparation, because they are related to food safety.
11-6 ينبغي على الدول أن تنفذ تدابير تتيح للسكان تحسين ظروف سكنهم ووسائل تحضير الغذاء، بوصفها عوامل ذات صلة بسلامة الأغذية.

7. States should promote international trade as one of the effective instruments for development, as expanded international trade could open opportunities to reduce hunger and poverty in many of the developing countries.
7- ينبغي على الدول أن تدعم التجارة الدولية باعتبارها أداة فعالة للتنمية، إذ أن توسع التجارة الدولية يفتح آفاقا لتخفيف وطأة الجوع والفقر في الكثير من البلدان النامية.

78. The rights of persons with disabilities were also human rights, and States should therefore take measures to prevent discrimination and attack the prejudices which deprived them of their rights and freedoms.

4. States should pursue peace and security and development as interlinked and mutually reinforcing, and as serving as a basis for one another.
4- ينبغي على الدول أن تسعى إلى تحقيق السلم والأمن والتنمية على اعتبار أنها عناصر مترابطة يعزز بعضها بعضاً ويستند بعضها على بعض.

States should consider promoting a range of production and investment models that do not result in the large-scale transfer of tenure rights to investors, and should encourage partnerships with local tenure right holders.
