(f) Taking into account general comment 10, The High Commissioner should take steps to set in motion a study on the impact of globalization on the food and nutrition situation of vulnerable groups and on remedies which could be adopted in order to reverse negative impact;

Finally, The High Commissioner should draw upon the results of the recent United Nations conferences and the expertise of the Funds, Programmes and specialized agencies of the United Nations system in the field of development in exploring ways and means to provide the Declaration with a profile commensurate with its importance.
٦١- وأخيراً، ينبغي للمفوضة السامية أن تستفيد من نتائج المؤتمرات التي عقدتها اﻷمم المتحدة مؤخراً ومن الخبرة الفنية لصناديق وبرامج منظومة اﻷمم المتحدة ووكالاتها المتخصصة في ميدان التنمية وذلك في استكشاف السبل والوسائل الكفيلة بأن تضفي على إعلان الحق في التنمية أبعاداً تتناسب مع أهميته.

(d) The High Commissioner should continue the engagement of OHCHR with the Democratic People's Republic of Korea, offering technical assistance and enhancing advocacy initiatives.

(e) The High Commissioner should periodically report to the Human Rights Council and other appropriate United Nations organs on the implementation of the recommendations contained in the present report;

Within the context of the International Year of Mobilization against Racism, Racial Discrimination, Xenophobia and Related Intolerance, decided by the General Assembly, The High Commissioner should take the initiative of organizing important world cultural meetings, raising awareness, for example, among international sporting, musical and other artistic associations, universities, trade unions and national institutions.

The independent expert endorses this recommendation fully and would add to the list of institutions with which The High Commissioner should interact, the name of the Development Assistance Committee of the OECD, representing the bilateral donors, and would recommend the establishment of a mechanism or a forum for consultations between the High Commissioner for Human Rights and these agencies.

The High Commissioner should report to the Human Rights Council, on an annual basis, on measures taken, including specific targets and deadlines set by OHCHR in compliance with relevant General Assembly mandates, to improve geographical distribution of staff and the subsequent implementation and results therein.
