However, in the aftermath of the bombing of the United Nations office in Algiers, it became evident to UNDP that under certain circumstances payments may need to exceed the limit set by the financial regulations.
بيد أنه عقب تفجير مكتب الأمم المتحدة في الجزائر العاصمة، غدا واضحا للبرنامج الإنمائي أنه قد يلزم في بعض الظروف زيادة المبالغ التي تُدفع لتتجاوز الحد الأقصى الذي ينص عليه النظام المالي.

(c) Further approved estimates of gross expenditures totalling Euro21,826,870 for the purpose of the operational budget for the biennium 2004-2005 to be financed from voluntary contributions in the amount of Euro21,512,370 and other income amounting to Euro314,500 as might be provided for in the financial regulations.
(ج) وافق كذلك على تقديرات للنفقات الاجمالية يبلغ مجموعها 870 826 21 يورو لغرض الميزانية التشغيلية لفترة السنتين 2004-2005 تمول من تبرعات بمبلغ قدره 370 512 21 يورو ومن ايرادات أخرى بمبلغ 500 314 يورو، حسب ما قد ينص عليه النظام المالي.

" (iii) Also recommends to the General Conference the approval of estimates of gross expenditures totalling Euro22,372,600 for the purpose of the operational budget for the biennium 2002-2003 to be financed from voluntary contributions in the amount of Euro21,998,000 and other income amounting to Euro374,600 as may be provided for in the financial regulations. "

(d) Also recommended to the General Conference the approval of estimates of gross expenditures totalling Euro20,174,720 for the purpose of the operational budget for the biennium 2006-2007 to be financed from voluntary contributions in the amount of Euro19,859,520 and other income amounting to Euro315,200 as may be provided for in the financial regulations;
(د) أوصى أيضا المؤتمر العام بأن يوافق على تقديرات النفقات الإجمالية البالغ مجموعها 720 174 20 يورو لغرض تمويل الميزانية التشغيلية لفترة السنتين 2006-2007 من التبرعات بما مقداره 520 859 19 يورو ومن الإيرادات الأخرى بما مقداره 200 315 يورو، وفقا لما ينص عليه النظام المالي.

(c) Also recommended to the General Conference the approval of estimates of gross expenditures totalling Euro22,372,600 for the purpose of the operational budget for the biennium 2002-2003 to be financed from voluntary contributions in the amount of Euro21,998,000 and other income amounting to Euro374,600 as may be provided for in the financial regulations.
