It was proposed that because the subject matter required further discussion by the Working Group before an agreed position could be reached and because the time for that discussion might not be available at its current session, the revised text should be placed in square brackets for consideration by the Working Group at a future session.
37- ونظرا لأن موضوع النقاش يتطلب مزيدا من المناقشة من قبل الفريق العامل للتمكّن من الوصول إلى موقف متفق عليه ولأنه قد لا يوجد متسع من الوقت لهذه المناقشة في الدورة الحالية، اقتُرح أن يوضع النص المنقح بين معقوفتين لكي ينظر فيه الفريق العامل في دورة مقبلة.

After discussion, the Working Group agreed that the proposal contained in paragraph 84 above should be included in a revised version of the Rules for consideration by the Working Group at a future session, on the understanding, however, that a few delegations formally objected to amending the Rules on that matter and one delegation requested that it be placed in square brackets.
