يودع أصل هذه الاتفاقية الذي تتساوى نصوصه الأسبانية والإنجليزية والروسية والصينية والعربية والفرنسية في الحجية، لدى الأمين العام للأمم المتحدة.

1. the original of this Convention, of which the [Arabic, Chinese, English, French, Russian and Spanish] texts are equally authentic, shall be deposited with [the Secretary-General of the United Nations], who shall send certified copies thereof to all States.
يودع أصل هذه الاتفاقية التي يتساوى في الحجية نصها ]اﻹسباني واﻹنكليزي والروسي والصيني والعربي والفرنسي[ لدى ]اﻷمين العام لﻷمم المتحدة[ الذي يرسل صورا معتمدة منها إلى كل الدول.
