The institute assisted in organizing side events during major United Nations conferences at Headquarters and in Brazil and made presentations on the occasion of World Habitat Day at United Nations Headquarters and at universities from 2007 to 2010.
وساعد المعهد على تنظيم أحداث جانبية أثناء مؤتمرات الأمم المتحدة الرئيسية المعقودة بالمقر وفي البرازيل، كما قدم بيانات بمناسبة ' يوم الموئل العالمي` بمقر الأمم المتحدة وفي الجامعات في الفترة من 2007 إلى 2010.

As members of the National Steering Committees, CREUMHS participated in the Kenya National World Habitat Day Forum and the World Environment Day activities annually since 1999.

9. The Special Rapporteur issued a statement on World Habitat Day 2004 in which he highlighted the structural issues that contribute to the enormous crisis of housing and homelessness affecting certain groups, such as women, disproportionately.
9- وأصدر المقرر الخاص بياناً بمناسبة يوم الموئل العالمي لعام 2004 أبرز فيه القضايا الهيكلية التي تسهم في الأزمة الكبيرة للسكن والتشرد الذي يؤثر على مجموعات بعينها، كالنسوة، تأثيراً متفاوتاً.

In October 2009, UN-Habitat and the European Parliament co-hosted a European celebration of World Habitat Day in Brussels.
