11. The Conference shall review compliance with the provisions of this Treaty.

The State Party that conducts the investigation would present its conclusions concerning possible non-compliance with the basic obligations of this Treaty to the Executive Council for review and decision in accordance with the provisions of this Treaty.]
وتعرض الدولة الطرف التي تُجري التحقيق استنتاجاتها المتعلقة باحتمال وجود عدم امتثال للالتزامات بموجب هذه المعاهدة على المجلس التنفيذي لاستعراضها واتخاذ قرار بشأنها وفقا ﻷحكام هذه المعاهدة.[

4. There are hereby established as organs of the Organization the Conference of the States Parties, the Executive Council and the Technical Removal of brackets around the word " Technical " is without prejudice to delegations' positions on the links with IAEA. Secretariat which shall include the International Data Centre. Subsidiary bodies may be established within the Organization according to the provisions of this Treaty.
٤- ينشأ بموجب هذا كأجهزة تابعة للمنظمة مؤتمر الدول اﻷطراف، والمجلس التنفيذي، واﻷمانة الفنية)٢( التي تتضمن مركز البيانات الدولي ويجوز إنشاء هيئات فرعية في إطار المنظمة وفقا ﻷحكام هذه المعاهدة.

7. [States Parties should not be precluded from using additional national or multinational technical means of verification at their disposal, in a manner consistent with generally accepted principles of international law, for the purpose of providing assurance of the compliance with the provisions of this Treaty.]
٧- ]ينبغي عدم منع الدول اﻷطراف من استخدام وسائل تحقق تقنية إضافية وطنية أو متعددة الجنسيات تحت تصرفها، على نحو يتفق مع مبادئ القانون الدولي المقبولة عموماً، لغرض توفير التأكد من الامتثال ﻷحكام هذه المعاهدة.[

47. The request for an on-site inspection shall be based on the [technical] data collected [and analysed] by the International Monitoring System [and/or by other elements of the Treaty verification regime, or shall be based on other relevant [technical] data made available by States Parties,] in accordance with the provisions of this Treaty.

٣٧- ]تنفيذا لطلب ﻹجراء[ ]عند موافقة المجلس التنفيذي على[ ]خلال[ تفتيش موقعي، ]و[ وفقا ﻷحكام هذه المعاهدة والاجراءات المنصوص عليها في البروتوكول ]الملحق[ ]والمرفقات[ ]الملحقة[، يكون للدولة الطرف موضع التفتيش:

Such a modification proposal should, for its consideration by the Executive Council, be evaluated by the Director-General in regard to possible consequences for the provisions of this Treaty and its implementation and be assessed in regard to possible financial implications for the next (5) years.
وينبغي لاقتراح التعديل، لكي ينظر فيه المجلس التنفيذي، أن يقوم المدير العام بتقييمه من حيث العواقب المحتملة بالنسبة ﻷحكام هذه المعاهدة وتنفيذها، ومن حيث التبعات المالية المحتملة لفترة السنوات )الخمس( القادمة.

11. NWS and non-NPT states could have unsafeguarded stockpiles of fissile material intended for either explosive or non-explosive purposes at the time of entry into force of an FMCT, and which may not be subject to its provisions.
11- قد تكون لدى الدول الحائزة للأسلحة النووية والدول غير المنضمة لمعاهدة عدم الانتشار مخزونات من المواد الانشطارية غير خاضعة لضمانات ومعدة لصنع أجهزة متفجرة أو غير متفجرة في الوقت الذي يبدأ فيه نفاذ معاهدة وقف إنتاج المواد الانشطارية، وقد لا تكون هذه المخزونات خاضعة لأحكام هذه المعاهدة الأخيرة.
