" 4. Commends all countries that have mobilized domestic resources for disaster reduction activities and facilitated the effective implementation of such activities, and encourages all countries concerned to continue in this direction;
" ٤ - تشيــد بجميع البلدان التي عبأت موارد محلية ﻷنشطة الحد من الكوارث ويسرت تنفيذ هذه اﻷنشطة تنفيذا فعالا وتشجع جميع البلدان المعنية على الاستمرار في هذا الاتجاه؛

The Yokohama Strategy and Plan of Action have re-emphasized the role of the Trust Fund for the Decade and have called for its full utilization both for the provision of resources for disaster reduction activities as well as in support of the work of the secretariat of the Decade.
