359.3 The Druze apply the rules of the Hanafi school, with the exception of the right of abatement (Haqq al-tanzil / al-khalfiya), which is where the issue assume the place of their father, who died before the testator, in respect of the share of the inheritance which would have passed to him had he lived.
359-3- لـدى الطائفـة الدرزيـة، تطبَّـق القواعـد المعمـول بهـا فـي المذهـب الحنفـي، باسـتثناء حق التنزيل أو الخلفية، ومعناه أن يحلّ الفروع محلّ أصلهم الذي توفّي قبل المورّث في الحصّة الإرثية التي كانت آلت إليه لو كان حيّاً.
