The Committee also calls upon the State party to ensure that the Convention becomes an integral part of the legal education and training of judicial officers, including judges, lawyers and prosecutors, so that a legal culture supportive of women's equality with men and non-discrimination on the basis of sex will be firmly established in the country.
كما تدعو اللجنة الدولة الطرف إلى العمـل على أن تصبح الاتفاقية جزءا لا يتجزأ من عملية تـثـقيـف وتدريب موظفـي السلك القضائي بمن فيهم القضاة والمحامـون والمدعـون العامـون في المجال القانوني بهدف ترسيخ ثقافة قانونية تدعم مبدأ المساواة بين الجنسين وعدم التمييز على أساس نــوع الجنس في البلد.

In this regard, it urges the State party to develop awareness-raising programmes and training on the provisions of the Convention for judges, lawyers and prosecutors, in particular with regard to the meaning and scope of direct and indirect discrimination and about formal and substantive equality, in order to establish firmly in the country a legal culture supportive of women's equality and nondiscrimination.
وتحث الدولة الطرف بهذا الخصوص على وضع برامج لتوعية القضاة والمحامين والمدعين العامين وتدريبهم على أحكام الاتفاقية، لا سيما فيما يتعلق بمعنى التمييز المباشر وغير المباشر ونطاقهما، والمساواة الصورية والجوهرية، من أجل ترسيخ ثقافة قانونية في البلد تدعم مساواة المرأة وعدم التمييز ضدها.
