12. The meetings of the Working Group during the fiftieth session of the General Assembly would require a specific exception to paragraph 7 of Assembly resolution 40/243 of 18 December 1985, in which the Assembly decided that no subsidiary organ of the General Assembly might meet at United Nations Headquarters during a regular session of the General Assembly unless explicitly authorized by the Assembly.
١٢ - وستحتاج اجتماعات الفريق العامل خلال الدورة الخمسين للجمعية العامة الى استثناء محدد من أحكام الفقرة ٧ من قرار الجمعية العامة ٤٠/٢٤٣، المؤرخ ١٨ كانون اﻷول/ديسمبر ١٩٨٥، الذي قررت فيه الجمعية العامة عدم جواز اجتماع أي هيئة فرعية تابعة للجمعية العامة بمقر اﻷمم المتحدة خلال انعقاد دورة عادية من دورات الجمعية العامة ما لم تأذن الجمعية بذلك صراحة.

As members are aware, the Assembly, in paragraph 7 of resolution 40/243, decided that no subsidiary organ of the General Assembly should be permitted to meet at United Nations Headquarters during a regular session of the General Assembly unless explicitly authorized by the Assembly.
وكما يدرك اﻷعضاء، فإن الجمعية العامة، في الفقرة ٧ من القرار ٤٠/٢٤٣، قررت أنه لا يجوز ﻷي جهاز فرعي للجمعية العامة أن يجتمع في مقر اﻷمم المتحدة أثناء انعقاد دورة عادية للجمعية العامة، ما لم تأذن الجمعية صراحة له بذلك.

39. In accordance with General Assembly resolutions 1798 (XVII) of 11 December 1962 and 41/213 of 19 December 1986, up to five representatives of each of the Member States that are least developed countries are entitled to have travel but not subsistence paid by the Organization when attending a regular session of the General Assembly as well as travel for one representative to attend special or emergency sessions of the Assembly.
39 - ووفقا لقراري الجمعية العامة 1798 (د - 17) المؤرخ 11 كانون الأول/ديسمبر 1962 و 41/213 المؤرخ 19 كانون الأول/ديسمبر 1986، يحق لعدد يصل إلى خمس ممثلين عن كل دولة عضو من أقل البلدان نموا أن يحصلوا من المنظمة على بدل سفر من غير الحصول على بدل إقامة عندما يحضرون دورة عادية من دورات الجمعية العامة ولممثل واحد أن يحضر دورة استثنائية أو دورة طارئة من دورات الجمعية.
