(a) bis The offence is committed in or against an embassy or other diplomatic or consular premises of a State Party; or
)أ( مكررا في سفارة أو غيرها من اﻷماكن الدبلوماسية أو القنصلية التابعة لدولة طرف أو ضد أي من هذه اﻷماكن؛ أو

It can equally be inferred that, if the Authority determines that approval of a plan of work would permit a State Party or entities sponsored by it to monopolize the conduct of activities in the Area or to preclude other States parties from activities in the Area, such a plan of work should not be approved.

٦ مكررا - يجوز للجنة القانونية والتقنية أن توصي بالموافقة على خطة عملٍ إذا رأت أن هذه الموافقة لن تسمح لدولة طرف أو لكيانات تزكيها تلك الدولة باحتكار مزاولة الأنشطة المتعلقة بالعقيدات المتعددة الفلزات في المنطقة أو استبعاد دول أطراف أخرى من هذه الأنشطة.

The Court may exercise its jurisdiction in situations where the alleged perpetrator is a national of a State Party or where the crime was committed in the territory of a State party.
