The collection and dissemination of case law on UNCITRAL texts (CLOUT) constituted an extremely useful tool in ensuring a uniform interpretation and application of the texts.
وإن جمع ونشر نصوص الأونسيترال يشكل أداة مفيدة للغاية للتأكد من وجود تفسير موحد للنصوص بالإضافة إلى تطبيقها.

That initiative would help practitioners to better understand the Commission's texts; promote a uniform interpretation of UNCITRAL rules; and contribute to the dissemination of the Commission's texts.

It was pointed out that an advisory opinion of the Court could also contribute to the progressive development and codification of international law by establishing a uniform interpretation of the provisions of the Charter regarding the use of force.

The recommendation was considered to be a means to encourage the development of rules favouring the validity of arbitration agreements and, despite its non-binding nature, it was said to be of particular importance in achieving a uniform interpretation of the Convention.
