8- يجوز للجنة أو فريق عامل أو المقرر الخاص المعني بالبلاغات بموجب البروتوكول الاختياري، متصرفاً باسم اللجنة، أن يقرروا النظر في مقبولية البلاغ بمعزل عن النظر في أسسه الموضوعية وذلك استناداً إلى المعلومات التي قدّمتها الدولة الطرف لدعم طلبها رفض مقبولية البلاغ وفصل النظر في المقبولية عن النظر في الأسس الموضوعية.

8.
