The Arab States call on the 2010 Review Conference to develop a plan of work aimed at achieving the universality of the Treaty through the immediate and unconditional accession of States not parties to the Treaty as non-nuclear-weapon States. Those States should place all of their nuclear facilities and programmes under the comprehensive safeguards regime of the International Atomic Energy Agency (IAEA).
8 - ضرورة توصل مؤتمر المراجعة لعام 2010 إلى خطة عمل عملية لتحقيق عالمية معاهدة عدم انتشار الأسلحة النووية، من خلال انضمام الدول غير الأطراف إلى المعاهدة فوراً كدول غير نووية ودون قيد أو شرط، ووضع جميع منشآتها وبرامجها النووية تحت نظام الضمانات الشاملة التابع للوكالة الدولية للطاقة الذرية.
