Ms. Goicochea Estenoz (Cuba) said that paragraph (c) of draft decision A/C.5/52/L.23, concerning office accommodation at the Palais Wilson, should specify that the United Nations share of the cost of the move would be covered from resources under section 27F of the budget, since the current formulation seemed to question the budget process established in General Assembly resolution 41/213.
