381. The Committee urges the State party to take effective measures to provide evicted persons with adequate compensation or with alternative accommodation, in accordance with the guidelines set out in general comment No. 7 (1997) on the right to adequate housing (article 11 (1) of the Covenant): forced evictions by the Committee.
