While Agenda 21 gives the overall objectives of the six programme areas and suggestions for their implementation, the adopted recommendations indicate priorities for immediate actions and goals to be achieved in the longer term.

6. Requests the secretariat to organize a discussion of the recommendations before the next session of the Working Party on the Strategic Framework and the Programme Budget on technical cooperation and requests the secretariat to prepare a time-bound work plan for the implementation of the adopted recommendations before the next Working Party meeting.
6- تطلب إلى الأمانة تنظيم مناقشة للتوصيات قبل انعقاد الدورة المقبلة للفرقة العاملة المعنية بالإطار الاستراتيجي والميزانية البرنامجية وهي الدورة التي ستعالج موضوع التعاون التقني وإعداد خطة عمل محددة زمنياً لتنفيذ التوصيات المعتمدة قبل انعقاد الاجتماع القادم للفرقة العاملة.

308. Norway welcomed the Minister for Justice and his delegation to the Council.
