1. States Parties shall afford one another the widest measure of mutual legal assistance in investigations, prosecutions and judicial proceedings in relation to the offences covered by this Convention.

تزويد كل منها الأخرى بأقصى قدر من المساعدة فيما يتصل بالتحقيقات أو الإجراءات الجنائية المتعلقة بتمويل أو دعم الأعمال الإرهابية، ويشمل ذلك المساعدة على حصول كل منها على ما لدى الأخرى من أدلة لازمة للإجراءات القانونية؛

Bearing in mind that the return of assets is one of the main objectives and a fundamental principle of the Convention and that the States parties to the Convention are obligated to afford one another the widest measure of cooperation in that regard,

وإذ تستذكر أحكام المادة 7 من اتفاقية الأمم المتحدة لمكافحة الاتجار غير المشروع في المخدرات والمؤثرات العقلية لعام 1988،(28) التي تنص على أن تقدم الدول الأطراف بعضها الى بعض أكبر قدر من المساعدة القانونية المتبادلة في التحقيقات والملاحقات والاجراءات القضائية،

article 46, paragraph 1, of the Convention, which stipulates that " States Parties shall afford one another the widest measure of mutual legal assistance " .
وذلك مخالفٌ لنص الفقرة 1 من المادة 46 من الاتفاقية التي تُلزم الدولَ الأطراف بأن تقدِّم لبعضها البعض أكبرَ قدر ممكن من المساعدة القانونية المتبادلة.

It was introduced through chapter V of the Convention against Corruption, which includes the provision that States parties should afford one another the widest measure of cooperation and assistance in the field.

At the operational level, article 18, paragraph 1, of the Organized Crime Convention provides that States parties should afford one another the widest measure of mutual legal assistance in investigations, prosecutions and judicial proceedings.
وعلى الصعيد العملياتي، تنصُّ الفقرة 1 من المادة 18 من اتفاقية الجريمة المنظَّمة على أنَّه ينبغي أن تقدِّم الدول الأطراف بعضها إلى بعض أكبر قدر ممكن من المساعدة القانونية المتبادلة في التحقيقات والملاحقات والإجراءات القضائية.

32. States parties shall afford one another the widest measure of mutual legal assistance in investigations, prosecutions and judicial proceedings in relation to the violations of the provisions of this Treaty.

(F). afford one another the GREATEST MEASURE OF ASSISTANCE IN CONNECTION WITH CRIMINAL INVESTIGATIONS OR CRIMINAL PROCEEDINGS RELATING TO THE FINANCING OR SUPPORT OF TERRORIST ACTS, INCLUDING ASSISTANCE IN OBTAINING EVIDENCE IN THEIR POSSESSION NECESSARY FOR THE PROCEEDINGS
(و) تزويد كل منها الأخرى بأقصى قدر من المساعدة فيما يتصل بالتحقيقات أو الإجراءات الجنائية المتعلقة بتمويل أو دعم الأعمال الإرهابية، ويشمل ذلك المساعدة على حصول كل منها على ما لدى الأخرى من أدلة لازمة للإجراءات القانونية
