1. Condemns all forms of discrimination and violation affecting women and girls in the territories controlled by Afghan armed groups, who are deprived of the enjoyment of civil and political rights and the rights to health, education, employment, freedom of movement and security;
1- تدين كل ما يمارس في الأراضي التي تسيطر عليها الجماعات المسلحة الأفغانية من أشكال التمييز والانتهاكات ضد النساء والفتيات اللواتي يحرمن من التمتع بالحقوق المدنية والسياسية ومن الحق في الصحة والتعليم والعمل وحرية التنقل والأمان؛

9. Requests the Commission on Human Rights to insist that the Afghan armed groups abide by international human rights standards in relation to women, which entails the repeal of all edicts and the end of all forms of discrimination on the grounds of sex;
9- تطلب إلى لجنة حقوق الإنسان أن تلح على تقيد الجماعات المسلحة الأفغانية بالمعايير الدولية المتعلقة باحترام حقوق الإنسان الخاصة بالمرأة، الأمر الذي يقتضي إلغاء جميع المراسيم ووضع حد لجميع أشكال التمييز القائمة على أساس الجنس؛

1. The present report is submitted in accordance with resolution 2000/11, in which the SubCommission requested the Secretary-General to continue to make available all the information that could be compiled on the situation of women and girls in the territories controlled by Afghan armed groups.
1- هذا التقرير مقدم وفقا للقرار 2000/11 الذي طلبت فيه اللجنة الفرعية إلى الأمين العام أن يواصل تقديم جميع ما يمكن جمعه من معلومات بشأن حالة النساء والفتيات في الأراضي التي تسيطر عليها الجماعات المسلحة الأفغانية.
